1 Armor All Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Sweepstakes Official Rules and Regulations NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VALID IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. This Sweepstakes is intended for residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who have reached the age of twenty-one (21) years by the date of Sweepstakes entry and will be interpreted according to U.S. law. This Sweepstakes is being conducted by The Armor All/STP Products Company, hereinafter referred to as the Sponsor. ELIGIBILITY To participate in the Armor All Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ), you must, at the time of entry, (i) be a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, (iii) be a licensed driver, and (iv) be physically located in one of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, all areas outside of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes and any websites, web pages, and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States. Employees, officers, and directors of The Armor All/STP Products Company (the Sponsor ), Advance Auto Parts, Inc., and Sponsor s designated sweepstakes administrator (the Sweepstakes Administrator ), their advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ), and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children, and spouses of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors, are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant s (as defined below) full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor s and Administrator s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. ENTRY PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on Thursday February 23 rd, 2017, and ends with all entries submitted online by 5:00:00 PM (ET) on Wednesday, May 31 st, 2017 (the Sweepstakes Closing Date ) (hereinafter referred to as the Sweepstakes Period ). Limit one (1) Sweepstakes registration (worth one (1) standard entry; see below for details) per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit two (2) Sweepstakes registrations per household. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, you may only use one (1) address or mobile phone number to enter or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes. Eligible entries are automatically entered for a chance to win the Grand Prize and a Secondary Prize. All information indicated on the online entry registration form must be completed for the entry to be eligible. Any attempt to use multiple addresses or mobile numbers or to enter more than the stated maximum number of entries may result in disqualification. Automated entries are prohibited. Entrant may enter only on behalf of himself or herself. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules before any prize will be awarded. By submitting an online entry form, each Sweepstakes Entrant agrees and consents to abide by these Official Sweepstakes rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent Sweepstakes judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 1 P a g e

2 HOW TO ENTER NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may enter this Sweepstakes in one of three ways as follows: (1) BY TEXT MESSAGE WITH QUALIFYING PURCHASE Purchase at least one (1) unit of qualifying Armor All product ( Qualifying Product as defined in these Official Rules) at a participating Advance Auto Parts retail store or online at shop.advanceautoparts.com, and, using a two-way text messaging device, send a text message with the keyword ARMORALL to the short code You will receive an autodialed text message in return with instructions to click on the URL provided and complete the registration form. You must complete the registration form in full and upload a photo of your purchase receipt indicating the details of your purchase of Qualifying Product as well as the date the purchase was made in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You will receive a thank you text message following receipt of your text message letting you know that your Sweepstakes entry was received. By texting ARMORALL to you consent to receive up to 10 autodialed text messages from The Armor All/STP Products Company about the Sweepstakes to the number you provided. Your consent to the above is not required and is not a condition of any purchase. Standard data and text-messaging rates may apply. (2) ONLINE AT SHINETOWIN.COM WITH QUALIFYING PURCHASE Purchase at least one (1) unit of Qualifying Product at a participating Advance Auto Parts retail store or online at shop.advanceautoparts.com, visit ShineToWin.com and complete the Sweepstakes registration form. After completing the registration form in full, upload your photo of your qualifying in-store or shop.advanceautoparts.com purchase receipt indicating the details of your purchase of Qualifying Armor All Product including the date the purchase was made in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. FOR ENTRY METHODS 1 AND 2, PLEASE NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) receipt upload, by any means of entry, per day. A receipt may include one or more Qualifying Product purchases. Limit of one (1) entry to the Sweepstakes per Qualifying Product purchased per receipt. All components of the registration form must be complete in order for the entry to be eligible. Receipts must be successfully uploaded before 5:00:00 PM ET on Sweepstakes Closing Date to qualify for the Grand Prize and Secondary Prize Draws. Standard data/text messaging rates or internet usage charges may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Entrant if applicable. Not all mobile devices are supported for purposes of this Sweepstakes and not all wireless carriers participate. Wireless phone or text message service may not be available in all areas. Proof of text message does not constitute proof of delivery or entry. Entrants who do not have the necessary equipment and high-speed Internet access required in order to engage with the Sweepstakes website may participate in the Sweepstakes by the Without Purchase means of entry. (3) BY MAIL WITHOUT PURCHASE To enter the Sweepstakes for free and without making a purchase, hand print your first and last name, full residential address (with city, state, and zip code), date of birth, day and evening telephone numbers (including area code), Advance Auto Parts Speed Perks membership number (if applicable) and address on one 3 x 5 piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: The Armor All/STP Products Company Sweepstakes Entry, c/o Precision Print Group, 1013 Fifth Avenue North, Naples, FL Limit one (1) mail-in Sweepstakes entry per hand-addressed envelope bearing correct postage. All mail-in Sweepstakes entries must be post-marked by May 31, 2017 and be received by the Sweepstakes Administrator by June 6, 2017 to be eligible. Mail-in Sweepstakes entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and none will be returned or acknowledged. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail-in Sweepstakes entries, which will be disqualified. 3 BONUS ENTRIES FOR OPT-IN All online registrants will receive ten (10) bonus entries in the Grand Prize Draw only if they click on the option (at the time of registering for the Sweepstakes) to indicate they would like to expressly opt-in to receive occasional information by or mail from the Sponsor, The Armor All/STP Products Company, (notifying them of any future news, product information, updates, sweepstakes or special offers from the Armor All and/or STP brands) upon completion of their online registration form. Sweepstakes Entrants who enter by mail will receive ten (10) bonus entries in the Grand Prize Draw only if they include the following statement on their mail-in entry: Please send me occasional information by or mail from the Sponsor, The Armor All/STP Products Company, notifying me of any future news, product information, updates, Sweepstakes or special offers from the Armor All and/or STP brands. Registrants who elect to opt-in to Sponsor s /mail marketing list will be able to opt-out subsequently at any time if they choose to do so without impacting their chances of winning in this Sweepstakes. Bonus entries are valid only for the Grand Prize Draw, and will not be included in the Secondary Prize Draw. BONUS ENTRIES FOR ADVANCE AUTO PARTS SPEED PERKS MEMBERS All registrants who are active members of the Advance Auto Parts Speed Perks Program at the time of Sweepstakes entry will be eligible to be awarded two (2) bonus entries in the Grand Prize Draw only if they enter their 10-digit Speed Perks Membership number with their Sweepstakes entry and provide permission for Sponsor to verify their membership status by sharing the membership number with which this Sweepstakes was entered with Advance Auto Parts Inc. solely for the purpose of validating these bonus entries. Bonus entries are valid only for the Grand Prize Draw, and will not be included in the Secondary Prize Draw. THE GRAND PRIZE There is one (1) grand prize ( Grand Prize ) available to be won consisting of a new automobile of the Grand Prize Winner s choice valued at a maximum of $ 26,000 U.S. (including freight but exclusive of tax, title, registration, insurance and license charges and other fees), hereinafter referred to as the Vehicle. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer a substitute in the form of a check made payable to the confirmed Grand Prize winner in the amount of $ 26,000 to fulfill the Grand Prize. The difference in value of the Vehicle as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment. Any upgrades and options not specified herein are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. Package, color, factory options, and other specifics will be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute package, color, trim level, options or model year for any reason in Sponsor s sole discretion. Eligible Grand Prize winner must be a licensed driver and must present a current valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. Failure to show same may result in Grand Prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. The eligible Grand Prize winner is responsible for all optional equipment, associated fees including tax, title, license, insurance, registration and other fees, including any travel, gas, and transportation costs associated with collecting and using the Vehicle. All other costs not specifically stated herein as being included in the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner must take delivery of the Vehicle from a designated authorized automotive dealer near to the eligible Grand Prize winner s residence (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) within thirty (30) days after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specified designated dealer, or the Vehicle may (in Sponsor s sole discretion) be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize winner. Delivery of the Grand Prize is subject to availability. None of the Sweepstakes Entities makes any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize are subject to the manufacturer s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty or guarantee claim. 3 P a g e

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded without substitution, except in Sponsor s sole discretion. Some restrictions apply. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize or a component thereof for one of equal or greater retail value. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. Grand Prize may not be exactly as shown in Sweepstakes publicity or promotional materials. All federal, state and/or local taxes and any other fees or costs related to the acceptance or use of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. GRAND PRIZE DRAW The Armor All Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Sweepstakes Grand Prize Draw: One (1) eligible Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from amongst all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date by the Administrator and an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, on or about June 8, 2017 ( Grand Prize Draw ). The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries and bonus entries received. The selected Entrant will be notified by telephone on or about June 8, The selected eligible Grand Prize winner will be required to: sign and return an IRS W9 Form; sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; and except where prohibited, publicity release within five (5) business days of notification in order to be confirmed the Grand Prize winner. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form confirms compliance with these Official Rules and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all liability with respect to the Entrant s participation in this Sweepstakes and the awarding and use and/or misuse of the Grand Prize. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or tax identification number before the Grand Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. If the selected Entrant cannot be contacted by telephone within ten (10) business days of the Grand Prize Draw or fails to return the above-noted Sweepstakes documents within the specified time, or is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit the Grand Prize and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries, even if the disqualified potential Grand Prize winner s name may have been publicly announced. Decisions of the independent Sweepstakes administration and judging organization will be final. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of address, mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. The odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries (excluding bonus entries) received. All eligible entries to the Grand Prize Draw are automatically eligible to win a Secondary Prize. Limit one (1) Secondary Prize per person and limit two (2) Secondary Prizes per household. All Secondary Prizes will be shipped directly to the mailing address provided on the Sweepstakes registration form within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of verification. All potential Secondary Prize winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of Entrants address or mailing address. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL PRIZES Total ARV of all prizes: $30,800. All Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part and no substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Some restrictions apply. In the event that any winner is unable or unwilling to accept any or all of the prize components due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, no compensation or substitute prize components will be provided and the Sponsor and its agents are forever discharged from all obligations related to the prize. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All prize components and prizes are awarded as is, without any warranty whatsoever from the Sweepstakes Entities, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose or any warranty that the prize component or prize is without defects or hidden vices, and such acceptance shall constitute an agreement by the winner to look solely to the manufacturer and the warranty provided by it, if any, should any defects in the prize exist. All prize winners acknowledge that the only warranty applicable to their prize is the standard manufacturer s warranty. None of the Sweepstakes Entities shall be responsible in any way or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to this Sweepstakes or a prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant releases and holds the Sweepstakes Entities harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the Entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in the Sweepstakes, any breach of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, or in any prize-related activity. The Entrant agrees to fully indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any claims of infringement or rights to copyright, privacy and/or personality. None of the Sweepstakes Entities, nor the Sweepstakes Administrator, assume responsibility for: entries lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected, or for the failure, interruption, technical malfunction or delay of any or other communication to be received, for any reason; any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Sweepstakes website users or by equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes; problems with the function of any website or website feature howsoever caused; the malfunction of, or damage caused by, any telephone or network lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost due to not having cookies enabled; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer hackers. The person completing the Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed the entrant (the Entrant ). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant using the text or method of entry, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the text or address submitted at the time of entry, where authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address/mobile phone number (as applicable) by a Wireless Service Provider, or Internet access or online service provider, or other person or organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the address submitted at the time of entry. GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Administrator which shall be final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. No further informational or marketing communications will be received by Entrants unless Entrants provide Sponsor (and its promotional partners and agencies) with explicit permission to send communications as indicated on the online entry form. By completing the entry form, all Entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes (information is stored for approximately 1 year). For information on Sponsor s use of personal information in connection with this Sweepstakes, see posted Privacy Policy at Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Sweepstakes, winners consent (and agree to confirm this consent in writing, if requested) to the use of their entry, name, address, personal photograph and/or likeness in publicity carried out by the Sponsor and/or its agencies in all media now known or hereinafter invented, without territorial or time limitations, and without further notice or compensation. If, for any reason, the online portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of being completed as planned including, but not limited to, computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes or modify the Sweepstakes Official Rules at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. None of the Sweepstakes Entities or any of their respective agents or representatives, officers, employees or directors shall be responsible in any way or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to this Sweepstakes or a prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. All entries become the sole property of, and are subject to verification by, Sponsor. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, or contains false information, is invalid. Purchase receipts uploaded that cannot be validated for any reason will be rejected. For example, without limiting the right to reject, a receipt will be rejected if it: (i) fails to pass anti-fraud detection measures; (ii) is unauthorized, fake, or has been illegitimately obtained; (iii) contains any messages, code or other markings not recognized by the Sweepstakes Administrator; (iv) contains printing or other errors; (v) is illegible, unreadable or blank; (vi) has been previously used; (vii) reflects the use of more than an authorized number of coupons for the Qualifying Product purchased; or (viii) is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Sweepstakes mechanics stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any Entrant, entry and/or other information with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or for any other reason. RELEASE/DISPUTES As a condition of entering, each Entrant agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing): (a) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys fees and court costs. By entering, each Entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of 6 P a g e
