7 QUOTES: To provide service on Major and Minor s: All s requesting a quote where the value does not exceed NZ $60.40, (excluding postage & handling fee) will be proceeded with upon receipt and returned. All s requesting a quote over NZ $60.40 will be issued with a written quote. Quotes not proceeded with will incur an administration fee of NZ $19.40 (including GST) plus postage and handling charge. WARRANTY CLAIMS To claim service warranty an original valid guarantee or purchase receipt must be forwarded with each otherwise a charge will be made. (Photocopies of Guarantees are not accepted). If a is not covered under warranty due to customer damage a quote will be issued. HANDLING & FREIGHT FEES Chargeable s will incur NZ$9.20 (including GST) postage & handling fee.
