1 May 19, 2008 Mr. Tommy McKoin, Manager Coca-Cola of South Arkansas 3325 Highway 7 South Camden, AR RE: AFIN: Permit No.: 4536-WG-CW Dear Mr. McKoin: On April 23, 2008, I performed a routine compliance inspection of the Coca-Cola-Camden Truck Wash facility in accordance with the provisions of the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder. This inspection revealed the following: 1. The truck wash rack was stacked with boxes and this was resulting in the staff not being able to use the rack for truck washing. There appeared to be evidence of wash water that had been allowed to run off the parking lot, instead of running into the wash rack treatment system due to these boxes. The above items require your immediate attention. Please submit a written response to these findings to the Water Division Enforcement Branch of this Department at the following address: Water Division Enforcement Branch Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality 5301 Northshore Drive North Little Rock, AR This response should contain detailed documentation describing the course of action taken to correct the item noted. Yes No N/A If no, explain See below SUMMARY OF FINDINGS/COMMENTS On the date of the inspection, the truck wash rack had several pallets of boxes stacked on it. By the evidence of from asphalt staining not all the wash water was entering the Treatment system as required, but had ran off the parking lot into a grassed area.
