2 BROKERS COMMENTS Immaculate motor cruiser with superb passage making and coastal cruising pedigree. This boat is well equipped with numerous special features and modifications, which can be seen in the photographs. Moonspinner has been lovingly maintained with no expense spared. Her first owner stored her in doors for six months each year. Her second owner acquired her in 2016 and commissioned us to update the boat with extensive investment at our DALE yard 2016/2017. She has again returned to Neyland this year for service work and is available for viewing on site. (Read on for full specification). ENGINES Two Yanmar 6LPA-STP 315hp / ZF Hurth ZE-63 A-2.5 gearbox, turbo charged diesel engines with Kobelt controls at both helm stations. The engines are flexibly mounted and sea water filter to each engine. The fuel is contained within two tanks. Engine room extractor fans. Exhaust temperature alarms. Refill with fresh water and sterilise tablets. Refit previous dehumidifier with dedicated skin fitting and run continuous hose to drain o Test batteries - fit 1x domestic battery. Fit shaft anodes o Clean hull anode studs and grease up o Carry out anode continuity test o Clean and paint aft bilge area below aft cabin sole access o Carry out annual service to rope cutters x2 - stripper type o Clean and power polish stern gear propellers, propeller shafts, P brackets and rudders o Service and winterise generator o Carry out annual engine service and winterise x2 o Clean and paint engine room with white bilge paint o Touch up paint on engine mounts with anticorrosion paint o Fit service kits to 2x electric toilets o Grease and operate all skin fittings o Drain down fresh waste system including calorifier. Replace water filter and check breather. Winterise fresh water system o Black waste systems - sterilise and flush through system and tank. Test operation in all modes and clean strainers - removed and re-fixed aft cabin shower box for access. o All 3 bilge pumps tested on manual and auto. Switch lamps illuminate when pumps are in service. o De-grease main shaft coupling and apply corrosion guard o Service fire extinguishers o Check gas system. Carry out annual gas certification. Fit new regulator. o Replace handle to generator sea water intake ball valve o Fit 2x fwd engine room bulkhead lights o Service and winterise outboard Yamaha 2.5hp o Dinghy and fenders - clean o Liferaft service o Supply 2x new fenders o Fit black fender socks size F3 to 7x polyform fenders. o Windlass - fit new 12v motor including 2x solenoids o Port engine - replace exhaust elbow gaskets o Clean and power polish superstructure. Apply 2x coats of UV protecting wax o Clean and power polish blue topsides. Apply 2x coats of UV protecting wax o Carry out blue gelcoat repair to fwd portside quarter slight gouge in gelcoat o Carry out full polish to stainless steel rail around boat. Apply wax to finish. o Teak decks clean with teak cleaner including all steps and bathing platform. o Apply 1x coat of antifoul o Reseal 1x forward windscreens starboard side o Reconnect broken wire in mast hinge point Page 6 of 7
