2 Extreme Customs Sucks - Such poor workmanship by unqualified techs that they have destroyed a 2015 F350 of mine. Installed the BDS radius arms wrong, installed the track bar 1 1/2" too short which caused the front axle to shift 3" toward the driver side which ended up in my losing control of the truck. The brake line was rubbing on the tire and the new BDS spring had rubbed though the axle stop bracket and in to the frame. The front Fox shock was never tightened and the list goes on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - ONE DAY THEIR GONNA KILL SOMEONE WITH THEIR I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE AND POOR WORKMANSHIP , 06:48 AM Mike #2 Join Date: Jan 2012 Posts: 1,270 If they let the truck leave in the condition you say they do suck especially if they couldn't even adjust the drag link to center the steering wheel. I certainly agree, that's some bad workmanship. Surprised they are still in business turning out that kind of work.

Extreme Customs LLC Sucks Sorry I didn't put the link in correct to the site and thank you for doing it. This truck is a mess, Extreme Customs first stated they mess up the truck cause they installed the kit wrong, then changed that when they realized how much damage was done to the truck. Tyler at Extreme Customs called and told me BDS backed thier install but when I called BDS they told me "it was the worst install they have ever seen" The truck only 20k miles. I only drove the truck home from them and the next day, I don't want you to think I just kept driving it. Then have them pay either Ford to return the truck to stock or pay another shop install a brand new bds kit. I would also recommend getting BDS involved especially if they are an authorized dealer. You still should have gone right back with the crooked steering wheel and complained about that and the noise it was making. It doesn't take 5 min to adjust the steering wheel but that was the least of your worries hope you get it squared away.

Thank you for the helpful tips. I didn't take it back the same day cause Extreme Customs is two hours away from me. Wanted to know what was going on first.

This is the key to any work. They definitely fumbled your install but the damage isn't bad, could have been worse. Get the parts put on correctly, touch up the paint, new brake line and chalk it up as a learning experience. You'll have a better chance getting water from a rock than getting money back, or it will cost more than it's worth.
