Bids to be submitted to Montgomery County Clerk s Office: MONTGOMERY COUNTY CLERK 217 E. MYRTLE STREET P.O. BOX 446 All shall be clearly labeled: DUMP TRUCK The Bidder shall include the Make, Model and Year of Vehicle being bid and the complete Manufacturer s Specifications of the unit proposed to be furnished. The Bid shall reflect the list price of the Unit being bid, FOB Independence, Kansas, Governmental Discount, delivery time from date of order and any warranty information. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to Award Bid based on what is considered to be in the best interest of Montgomery County.
