All non-quigley components purchased are new, direct from GM or the GM supplier. The various mounting brackets, adapters and other components are Quigley engineered and designed in accordance with SAE specifications. UNIT must be paid in full prior to Shipment. 6% PA Sales tax where applicable. When paying via Credit Card an additional fee will be applied. Quigley Motor Company policy is to convert new untitled vehicles. Pre-owned/Used exceptions require additional evaluation and approval prior to acceptance of the order by Quigley Motor Company. FOB Quigley Motor Company facility located in Manchester, PA Quigley has no control over the timing of OEM transportation for arrival nor delivery (Drop Ship and Ship-Thru). Vehicles are not scheduled prior to their arrival at Quigley Motor Company's facility. Upon their arrival, units will be scheduled in the next available time slot. All units are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. ALL efforts will be made to complete vehicles within 30 days of arrival but Lead times during the year may extend beyond the 30 days. Quigley Motor Company makes no guarantee as to a completion date. Quigley Motor Company assumes no responsibility for any interest charges that may be incurred during the vehicle's pause at Quigley Motor Company prior to conversion. Vehicles converted to 4 wheel drive by Quigley Motor Company retain the OEM warranty on all unaltered portions of the vehicle. The 4x4 conversion on New Untitled Vehicle carries a Quigley warranty matching the OEM, 5 year/ 60,000 mile limited warranty for parts and labor on select 4x4 powertrain components. All other Quigley installed 4x4 components carries a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for parts and labor. All Pre-Owned/Used conversions carry a limited parts and labor warranty. The Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle arriving with miles carries a Quigley 5 year/60,000 mile limited warranty. The Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle arriving with 5,001 30,000 miles carries a Quigley 2 year/24,000 mile limited warranty. The Pre-Owned/Used Vehicle arriving with 30,001 60,000 miles carries a Quigley 1 year/12,000 mile limited warranty for parts and labor. This warranty is only valid for vehicles sold and operated in the U.S. Please review your warranty packet for more information or contact Quigley Motor Company for a detailed WARRANTY statement. You can fill out an online warranty registration at NOTICE: OPTIONAL and ACCESSORY EQUIPMENT CARRIES THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ONLY. When purchasing extended warranties either from the vehicle manufacturer or an aftermarket company, verify in writing that the extended warranty is valid for vehicles converted to the Quigley 4x4 system. The vehicle manufacturer s extended warranty covers only the OEM installed components. Quigley Motors does not offer nor does it honor any form of extended warranties. The listed weights are added to each vehicle during the 4x4 installation in turn reducing the cargo capacity by the stated weights. The weights listed per vehicle are an average only. The actual weights and distribution of weights will vary depending on the type of vehicle ordered and the equipment ordered/applied on such vehicle. ALL vehicles UNDER 8600-lb GVWR CANNOT be converted due to weight and axle limitations. Quigley requires that all CAW diesel chassis have no body installed when we receive them. The G model equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine CANNOT be converted to 4 wheel drive due to insufficient weight reserve, unless ordered as a 15 passenger then converted and certified to 12 passenger with the front bench seat and seat belts removed. Any seat removal, required to meet weight analysis will be a $ charge. Neither seat NOR hardware will be returned. For DRW conversions all vans must be equipped with side swing-out doors. Slider doors cannot open with the wider rear fenders and wheels. DRW conversions are for the G-3500 series regular and extended length CARGO vans ONLY. TRANSFER CASE: Due to electronic signal variations in the computer modules between the G-Vans and K- Series Trucks; when the 2 speed, manual sift, transfer case is engaged in 4 wheel low (4L), the speedometer will read faster than the actual vehicle speed. DO NOT exceed a speedometer reading of 80 miles per hour while in low range.
