MODA MINI COVE INTERIOR is an award winning, patented, miniature line voltage cove lighting system. This powerful and efficient fixture comes with a choice of Standard Output at 502 lumens per foot or High Output, delivering an astonishing 4 lumens per foot packaged in a small size of just 1 3/10 (33mm) tall. Unlike other fixtures, which are much larger in physical size, MINI COVE utilizes the latest Advanced MODA Design. With the incorporation of MODA LEDs, custom award winning MODA Phosphors, and Superior MODA Micro Drivers, fixtures are ensured to be cool to the touch, even at 4 lumens per foot; A fixture which is so cool it can be held after days of illumination and is designed to exceed the life of many other similar looking fixtures. The L (longevity) of the fixture is extended and phosphor degradation kept to a minimum. All of this is achieved with the design of a forward thinking fixture coupled with intelligent driver technology and under driving the most advanced LEDs in the World, all made by MODA. The Onboard MODA Dimming Chipset, programmed by our MODA Software Division with new Advanced Firmware ensures MINI COVE delivers smooth, no noise, flicker free and synchronized dimming down to 0%. Choose from either ELV or 0-10V direct Dimming fixtures. Unlike other fixtures in the marketplace there is no need to purchase additional adapters, converters, dimming boxes or control modules, just use conventional wiring direct from the dimming system to create a powerful lighting system, saving time and money. Link any combination of 6, 1ft, 4ft and 8ft fixtures and every fixture will dim together smoothly, synchronized from % to 0%. With no minimum run lengths, just one 6 fixture will dim seamlessly to 0%. With MINI COVE the installer is able to achieve long single runs of up to 2 feet, decreasing the number of wiring circuits required in an installation. Another step forward in this category of small sized fixtures is the Universal power input. We designed a small MODA Micro Driver specific for MINI COVE, enabling it to accept -7v AC 50/ Hz, thus decreasing the number of SKU s needed to be held by any of our worldwide distributors and giving the installer a choice of power inputs from one fixture. MINI COVE is smart and intelligent. The 0-10V version has an onboard microprocessor which detects input voltage and follows a smooth precise dimming curve dependent upon that voltage. If the voltage changes, no problem - MINI COVE will detect that change and follow a different dimming curve seamlessly, never giving off that it has made that change. MODA is not limited to the LEDs available from the big die manufacturers. We gave up with them focusing on just making LEDs for the smart phone, television, and computer tablet market. We create our own dies specifically for the Lighting Specification Industry, making a revolutionary new standard for MODA offering a High Rendering Index of R1-R15 tested to TM30-15 with values in excess of 95 to 99, creating beautiful cove illumination. When we make LEDs we only make one bin. We don t have that issue of so many bins so that every fixture will have the same CCT, characteristics and values. And we do not have the compromise of efficacy with many fixtures delivering lm/w. Choose from our standard white light temperatures of 10K, 2200K, 00K, 3000K, 3500K, 00K & 6500K. s and shades of reds, blues and greens look clean, crisp and sharp. 10K is candle light. It is clean and crisp and renders colors precisely. 2200K is ideal for hospitality applications with its rich warm tones. 2200K no longer looks dull, dirty or muddy. 00K is an excellent example of incandescent-like illumination. Ideal for all applications which require a high quality incandescent look. Many of our clients choose 00K as their go-to hospitality color. Our 3000K has often been described as one of the best looking 3000K in the industry. 3500K is the color which has now become our standard commercial application go to temperature, not being too neutral with a hint of warmth. 00K is bright, precise, perfect for offices, commercial environments and retail. 6500K is a color which is often overlooked as it is so blue, but the difference with our 6500K is it is not blue as the clarity is correct. The CRI and TM30 values are correct. This is now a color which can be used as a mainstream color. Jewelry such as diamonds, silver and platinum looks outstanding full of luster and life. The High CRI, excellent R1-R15 values and excellent TM30 results for all of our color temperatures, which is our standard, creates great cove illumination no matter what color temperature is chosen. 2 A specialized curved polymer optical lens combined with a cleverly designed Light Chamber delivers a light bending, smooth 200 degree beam pattern perfect for cove installations with no color over angle, no striations, interlocking fields of light, and without dark spots. The fixture incorporates an integral, patent pending, tool-less, self-locking bracket which slides into any position and turns 1 degrees. Built-in male & female connectors with thumb latch connections for fast installation time. Lightweight aluminum construction for durability and excellent thermal characteristics. Quality American Made electronic components. Available in a tiny 6 inch size (15cm) for tight turning coves and to finish a small space on the end of a run. Perfect for bending curves - link up to 320 fixtures in a single run. 1ft, 4ft and 8ft lengths are for fast installation, saving expensive labor installation costs and achieving long runs of quality illumination in rapid time. ELV fixtures can also be controlled by 0-10V devices using our MODA BRIDGE 1 or if your project has DMX controls these same fixtures can be also controlled by DMX using our MODA BRIDGE 3. It accepts a standard 0-10V signal from most dimmers and dimming systems and internally converts this signal into a Electronic Low Voltage (ELV) signal. Thus enabling 0-10V control of an ELV fixture. It is optimized to perform precise smooth flicker free dimming down to 0%. Simple wiring with its integral 1/2 holes which accepts liquid tight or interior conduit connectors. Wire to any -7V 50/ Hz feed. Power up to 8W of fixtures at V, 10W at 230V, and 10W at 7V. Fully potted enables the installer to mount this product virtually anywhere with its Wet Location IP65 rating. Fully protected from surge, short circuit, open circuit and over temperature.
