2 1. Prepare the Glass USE FABRICATION SKETCH TO DRILL AND CUT GLASS. Cut away glass (shaded area) along dotted line to match sketch dimensions. Drill four 13 /16" (20 mm) diameter holes. 3 2. Attach Fin to Support Bracket Make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and remove all screws. Attach Bracket } to Bracket z with Screws y using screwdriver ensuring that the bushing side of Bracket z is facing the glass. y Screws (3) 3. Fasten Support Brackets Make sure the surface is thoroughly cleaned and remove all screws. Insert two Bushings x into prepped 13 /16" (20 mm) diameter holes to join Brackets w & z. Place Bracket z into prepped area of glass, join Bracket w from the other side. Insert two Screws v into holes and tighten with 5mm hex wrench to hold Brackets together. Do not tighten completely to allow for adjustments throughout installation. Align fitting to desired position. Torque both Screws v to 12 nm. x Bushings 5 mm Hex Wrench v Screws w Bracket w Bracket without the express written permission of ASSA ABLOY Inc. is prohibited. PFT-71-06/17 3

4 4. Adhere Cover Plates Remove adhesive strip paper on both Brackets w & z to adhere Cover Plates u & {. Hook Cover Plates u & { over hinge side locking pin. Push in spring loaded locking pin on opposite side of Bracket. Snap on Cover Plates. u Cover Plate { Cover Plate 5. Install Fin Insert two Bushings x into prepped 13 /16" (20 mm) diameter holes to join Brackets } & 10. Place Bracket } into prepped area of glass, join Bracket 10 from the other side. Insert Screw v into Bracket } hole and tighten with 5mm hex wrench to hold Brackets together. Do not tighten completely to allow for adjustments throughout installation. Insert remaining Screw v into Bracket 10, align fitting to desired position. Torque both Screws v to 12 nm. 10 Bracket x Bushings v Screws without the express written permission of ASSA ABLOY Inc. is prohibited. PFT-71-06/17 4

5 6. Adhere Cover Plates Remove adhesive strip paper on both Brackets } & 10 to adhere Cover Plates & 11. Hook Cover Plates & 11 over hinge side locking pin. Push in spring loaded locking pins on top and bottom of Bracket. Snap on Cover Plates. 11 Cover Plate 10 Bracket Cover Plate without the express written permission of ASSA ABLOY Inc. is prohibited.
