Installation Position Swg Dualplate Axial Flow Axial Flow(short) The short face to face design herently makes dualplate check valve andaxial check valves (short pattern) lighter and more compact than traditional swg check valves, this will lead to ease of stallation and lower operation costs. The swg check design is not ideal for vertical stallation due to its ternal structure while the dualplate and axial flow check valve can be stalled any position because of disc sprg assists the tight closure at any position.moreover dualplate check valves, have a relatively short facetofacestructure and lower weighted, it is ideal for stallation at the location whereweight and space are limited.
