2 MOULDINGS We manufacture mouldings and interior products made of pine, hardwood and MDF for the construction industry and building industry. The mouldings are manufactured in many different profiles depending on customer requirements. In order to minimize the environmental impact our surface treatment finishes are water-based and can be made in any glaze or NCS colour. The mouldings are provided with an information label and are reported at

12 INFORMATION STRUCTURAL REVEALS Reveal Type 1 Reveal Type 2 3,0 mm 9,8 mm 2,7 mm 7,0 mm Reveal with chase Reveal with tounge Assembly with plastic clips Plastic clips are mounted 50 mm into the frame and then every 300 mm. The horizontal reveals shall be the width of the window frame width + 20 mm. The standing reveals shall be for 16 mm: the height of the window frame -12 mm (does not apply if the reveal will be on the window sill) for 19 mm: the height of the window frame -18 mm (does not apply if the reveal will be on the window sill) Assembly with metal clips Metal clips to be mounted 50 mm into the frame and then every 300 mm. The horizontal reveals shall be window frame width, therefore the frame and reveal have the same exterior dimensions. The standing reveals shall be for 16 mm: the height of the window frame -32 mm (does not apply if the reveal will be on the window sill) for 19 mm: the height of the window frame -38 mm (does not apply if the reveal will be on the window sill) Dalalist provides plastic and metal clips plus mandrel.
