2 Marking technology LineLazer are very popular since many years as powerful and practice oriented marking devices with well-proven AIRLESS technique. A high-pressure piston pump compresses the marking paint and extrudes it through a special AIRLESS nozzle. Thereby a sharp-edged spray jet with very little overspray is produced, resulting in a line with the same sharp edges nearly looking like adhered foils. All material contacted parts are made of stainless steel so also water-based marking paints can be processed. Further advantages are e.g. a minimum of overspray, the low cleaning effort and the easy operation. The special model LineLazer 200 HS Compressor allows the application of reflecting beads via compressed air - bead gun. The LineLazer HS200 2K for processing 2-component cold spray plastic with 1:1 mixing ratio is a flexible alternative to big machines. The AUTO LAYOUT System is an ingenious feature to ease the measuring and pre-marking work on parking areas and at centre markings. 5 Marking technology LineLazer 200 HS Compressor Good retro reflection values are essential for line markings on public places. Therefore the LineLazer 200 HS Compressor is equipped with a compressor which allows to use a pneumatically controlled bead gun. Besides that is the machine a normal LineLazer with all proven features and advantages! LineLazer HS200 2K Instead of the open system with spray resin and coated beads which was so far used for the manual processing of 2-component cold spray plastic the LineLazer HS200 2K now offers various practical applications. The two material components are sprayed wet in wet with open mixing system 1:1. The application ranges from car parks (underground parking) via block markings up to repair jobs after renewal of the road surface. Where previously complex technique had to be used this lightweigt and flexible device is now quickly on the spot. The spray gun with external mixing can also be used as hand spray gun for pictograms. Flushing in between is not necessary as the two components are mixed together outside the system. Controlled by the on-board computer of the LineLazer is this module really helpful to measure and pre-mark car-parks and centre lines. The AUTO LAYOUT -System must be ordered with the LineLazer upgrading is not possible! The computer measures and gives a signal to the AUTO-LAYOUT-System which operates the pre-marking spray can (accessories) setting marker points with a precision of 7 mm.
