16 POLICY AND TERMS Invoices dated from the 1st to the 25th of the month inclusive will be subject to a cash discount of 2% if paid on or before the 10th of the month following and will be due the next succeeding day. Invoices dated the 26th to the end of the month will be considered dated the 1st of the following month and will qualify for a case discount as outlined above. The cash discount is to be computed on the product total amount of the invoice before any additions or deductions for transportation or any sales or manufacturer s taxes are applied. All materials pertaining to the price list are FOB our Plant. No merchandise can be returned for credit without prior approval, and may be subject to a 25% handling charge. W A R R A N T Y We warrant all OCS equipment in this catalog to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. After installation, all products must be fairly tested by the plumber; our obligation under this warranty being limited to repairing or replacing at our factory any part or parts thereof which shall within one year from day of shipment from our factory be returned to our factory with transportation charges prepaid, and which our examination shall disclose to have been defective; this warranty being expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities on our part, and we neither assume nor authorize any person to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of OCS products.
