Innovative hardware for wooden bi-folding pivot sliding doors: FOLDING CONCEPTA 25 Installing the HAWA Concepta & the HAWA Folding Concepta 25 range is no reason to frown. The set includes the profiles and all the components required. This leaves very little to be ordered as accessories. The Planning Tool is a great time saver right from the design stage all the way to the installation at site. Once the design parameters are entered, the Planning Tool lists out the product article numbers for the order and also recommends the articles numbers for the accessories. It also give you all the machining details for the doors and the panels. The Planning Tool also has links for a step by step installation and adjustment video, printable instruction guide and even CAD data. 3 RD GENERATION The Hawa FOLDING CONCEPTA 25 bi-folds two doors and pivot/slides them into the side recess. This makes the system all the more spatially economic: the slide-in loss is a mere 73 mm, the recess width only 110 mm, and you even gain more freedom of movement in the room as the doors are parked away flush inside the cabinet body or recess when the front is open. You can count on these advantages in every situation: from the simplest cabinet designs with optional base profile and overlaying cabinet doors to room-high solutions without a furniture base to walk-in cabinets with continuous floors and cabinet fronts stretching from work surface to ceiling. SPATIAL ECONOMY THANKS TO A RECESS WIDTH OF 110MM. The recess width of 110 mm enables a minimum loss of effective width and corresponds with the grid pattern of Hawa-Concepta 25/30/40/50. This reduces complexity and facilities planning. Double systems of up to 2800 mm without a centre section are feasible thanks to the optionally available profile for reinforcing the cabinet ceiling.

The frame of the bin can be fixed into the top or the side of the cabinet, or both for ultimate strength. Fixing through the top means the bin can fit any cabinet width, for ultimate design flexibility. When using standard cabinet widths with 16mm sides, the Concelo bin can be fixed to the sides of the cabinets, alleviating the need for additional top rails or panels. BENCH HEIGHT INSTALLATION Concelo s flexible mounting options allow it to be installed at bench height. This is the optimal height for clearing waste directly off a benchtop no bending into awkward under sink cupboards required.
