We research and develope in our own laboratories and test facilities and employ masterminds and problem solvers. While designing a new or enhancing an existing product, we benefit from the close relationship to our customers. Our core competency is providing compounding matched to your specific application to optimize tyre performance. Whether you are operating in extreme cold, extreme heat, high cut or very wet conditions, we have a solution matched to your need. All Terrain: Standard compound particularly resistant to cuts, tread tearing and abrasion at average speeds. To increase the quality of our retreads, Rösler is pressing all haul truck/high speed tread designs as long stripes. With stripes of up to 3600mm (141 12/16 inches) length the quantity of joints is decreased to a maximum. Each tread which is available as a long stripe, is marked with LS. To create a better bonding between the single treads, RÖSLER has developed a special tread overlapping technology were each tread is overlapping the previous one. Due to this technology the risk of tread lifting at the joints is considerably minimized. Correct tyre temperature and pressure are vital to ensure the best product performance. That s why we have developed and patented an unique sensor which is implemented inside the tread, to measure the temperature at the most critical point. The intelligent tread comes with a in-build sensor and all other necessary equipment to offer your customer a revolutionary retreaded intelligent tyre (available from 2014). Winter: Special compound with excellent grip and wear characteristics in extreme cold conditions with snow and ice. Cut: Special cut and tread abrasion resistant compound with excellent wear characteristics on very rough surfaces. Heat: Compound with a high resistance to internal heat generation for long cycles at high speeds on well-maintained roads. 4 5
