By ensuring optimum control in response to the operating waveform and outdoor temperature, this technology is tailored to the characteristics of the new refrigerant to enhance operating efficiency. Pushing one button is all you need to confirm the matching of pipes and wirings, with automatic correction upon discovery of wiring errors. This eliminates the need for complicated wiring confirmation work when expanding the number of rooms served. (For further details, see the outdoor unit installation manual.) w This function cannot be used at outdoor temperatures lower than 0 C. w The correction process requires between 10 to 15 minutes (and works at the cooling-mode). Heating Lowering the Operation Noise Cooling 5dB less 7dB less at the Outdoor Unit Setting of the dipswitch With this mode, the noise level can be lowered by up to 5dB at cooling mode and up to 7dB at heating mode, when operation load is small. Air Volume Settings by Ceiling Height Dual-level air volume selection is engineered to accommodate specific ceiling heights. This feature offers the key to effective adjustments when airflow is either too strong or too weak because of the mismatching of the ceiling height.
