Ensure tube/flap are free from damage or foreign matter. Check valve cores and ensure proper assembling and tightening. Never use a tube larger or smaller than the tyre size. Ensure that the rim size is correct for the tyre size being fitted. Check that loose flange and lock ring are compatible. Do not use welded, distorted, bent and cracked rims, flanges and lock rings.
