High productivity, start-stop cycle time of 8 seconds (15 rim). BWB20 is equipped with a semi-automatic data entry system for rim diameter and offset. BWB20 is a belt-driven wheel balancer, ensuring the 200 rpm rotational speed is always kept constant during measurement. BWB20 is equipped with a 19 TFT monitor and user-friendly interface, with images taking you step by step through the balancing process. Hidden Weight mode for hidden adhesive weights can easily be accessed through the user interface. Ensuring a quality service to your customer by hiding adhesive weights behind two adjacent spokes so they cannot be seen from the outside. The electronic gauge of the BWB20 enters the exact position of the weight via the 2D sape arm that pulls out 2 measurements instead of one enabling you to set it up better in the ALU P programs. This programs ensures accuracy and avoid customer complaints.
