7 CREW TRAINING IN PRODUCT USAGE AND LONGEVITY HELPING YOU SAVE MONEY AND STAY SAFE Tailored training packages are produced for our individual customers to showcase their particular suite of products to crews. These presentations are undertaken free of charge by Quarry Mining and ensure that crews are explicitly familiar with the products they are using and encourage the use of our Go No-Go gauges. This training ensures cost savings two fold. Crews are not using a product that is unsafe due to excessive wear and at the same time they are not discarding a product that is still fit for use. VENDOR MANAGEMENT Quarry Mining staff are on site weekly to help maintain stock levels and ultimately minimise, or even eliminate costly emergencies due to low or nil stock levels. It also minimises peaks in spend. Vendor management can take on any form that suits the mines personnel. Obsolete stock can be returned for credit or swapped out for new product. 25 JC SAFETY The JC Safety Dolly is a lightweight, protective sleeve designed for use when handbolting to eliminate injuries. In the case that a chuck adaptor should fail in operation, the JC Safety sleeve will capture it within its walls, stopping the dangerous, uncontrolled catapulting.
