Without any overhang, they can be steered with fingertip control, and their compact size means they are at home on all surfaces. Versatile Their tight turning circle (1.10 m radius) and their reduced rear overhang (1.20 m) make them very versatile machines, equally at home cutting in large or small areas. 3 H100D_0509_GB.qxp:h124 28/05/09 15:54 Page 5 Differential lock and power regulator The H100D ride-on mowers are equipped with a hydraulic flow divider, to ensure an effective differential lock, enabling maximum drive in difficult situations (slopes, slippery surfaces, etc.). Furthermore, a power regulator prevents the engine from stalling by adjusting the speed to suit the transmission torque demanded. Version 4X4 For the 4-wheel drive version (H100DX model), the hydraulic transmission works in parallel on the left- and right-hand wheels. This means that all four wheels are driven at all times, although there is a differential effect (when cornering) suited to use of the machine. Authorised for on-road use The H100D ride-on mowers can be adapted to meet standards for road use by simply adding a rear lighting kit ref. MX102 that is quick and easy to fit. H100D, the high performance cut No rear axle The rear axle has been eliminated, leaving the way clear for a central ejection channel and making blockages a thing of the past. H100D cutting system, 30% extra collecting performance! The cutting deck's shape is designed for low turbulence, and is formed by two mouldings with a progressive discharge into a rear central ejection channel. There are two contra-rotating blades moun ted at 90 to one another and which overlap by 4 cm, this com bination produces an extremely powerful vacuum and blowing effect: the result is a perfect cut and all the grass is collected no matter what the circumstances. 12,000 Sqm 2, 33% extra hourly output! The efficiency of the cutting system of the H100D allows professionals to work even faster (up to 12 km/h in optimal mowing conditions) and to improve productivity and output (wet grass or rain). BLSP/BPSP 600 L grassbox The H100D ride-on mowers are equipped with a built in grassbox and a hydraulic emptying system controlled from the driver's seat. They have a capacity of 600 litres, which means you can spend more time cutting. Mowing tall grass Equipped with their new hydraulically controlled deflector (optional extra), the H100D ride-on mowers overcome all the problems with mowing tall grass. With its wide flared shape, the rear deflector allows the grass to be spread evenly across the width of the machine, while preventing any unwanted projections thanks to its specially designed shape. Mulching (MU100D) Mulching is possible with the MU100D mulching insert, available as an option. Emptying onto the ground or into a container? You can choose even after purchase 100% emptying The grassbox is mounted between the rear wheels; a special flap holds the grass inside when the box is raised. The grassbox is then opened to allow the grass to be emptied. Emptying onto the ground Controlled from the driver's seat, the grassbox is hydraulically emptied onto the ground instantly and effortlessly. Emptying with the Hi lift box up to 1.80 m from the ground The hydraulic lift (fitted as standard on the BLHP, BPHP and BPHPX models) and emptying of the grassbox are carried out via the simple operation of a hydraulic spool valve from the driver's seat. The grassbox may be emptied at any height from ground level up to 1.80 m. The Hi lift option of the grassbox may be fitted later at any time to the BLSP and BPSP models with ground tip (MHD100 and MCH100 options). The initial fitting takes less than an hour in a workshop, thereafter it can be fitted or removed as required in less than 30 minutes. Integral transmission- safer, more efficient. The 4-wheel drive transmission of the hydro 100DX ride-on mowers offers: Greater safety the driving wheels at the front provide better hold on sloping terrain, make the mower safer when stationary and while manoeuvring on sloping terrain, and easier for work uphill and in reverse. Traction on slopes The distribution of the weight is 63 % to the rear and 37 % to the front, which ensures that the H100D have good grip and traction. H100D, first class comfort Ergonomic controls Grouped next to the driver's seat, within easy reach of the operator, the controls provide ease of use: emptying the grassbox, blade engagement, setting the height of the blades, differential lock, etc. All controls are positioned clearly and ergonomically and are easy to operate. Power steering The H100D ride-on mowers have power steering that makes manoeuvring and 180 turns easy, giving precise steering and causing less fatigue for the operator. All of which is achieved without cheating or economising on their remarkable cutting and collection performances. Vibrations The ride-on mowers guarantee a level of vibrations: Whole body readings of 1.87 m/s 2 measured on a hard track at 6 km/h and 0.3 m/s 2 statically on grass. Easy going Fuel consumption The fuel tank holds 14 litres and provides enough to complete a full day in normal mowing conditions. Access to the engine By releasing the engine cover, you have rapid access to the radiator-cleaning grill and the radiator cap. By tilting the noise reduction air intake pipe, you have direct access to the oil dipstick and the engine oil filler cap. By removing the engine side covers, the other parts and functions (diesel filter, oil filter, oil gauge, radiator, starter motor, alternator, etc.) of the engine are accessible. Forward transmission maintenance The engine output angled gear requires an initial oil change at 50 hours, then every 500 hours. The oil circuit of the pump and hydraulic motors is protected by an oil filter. Cleaning and maintenance It is in daily use that you will appreciate the H100D the most: the grassbox and mounting chute are easily removed without tools, to enable you to clean the machine or attach a tow bar. Entirely rust-proofed, the design of the chassis is directly inspired by manufacturing processes used in the automobile industry and is hardwearing even in conditions of intensive use. Diesel engine The BLSP and BLHP models are equipped with the LOMBARDINI FOCS 702 twin cylinder diesel engine, water cooled and achieving 18 HP at rpm. The BPSP, BPHP and BPHPX models are equipped with the PERKINS 403 D07 three cynlinders diesel engine, water cooled and achieving 20.5 HP at rpm. These diesel engines are built in Europe and are particularly reliable and robust. Strong and economical, they will allow you to work effortlessly throughout the entire day in normal working conditions. Hydraulic transmission The choice of hydraulics instead of me cha nical solutions provides the user with transmission systems on the H100D that last longer and have improved reliability. Cutter heads transmission The transmission between the two blades is via a double-faced toothed belt. A V belt provides the power transmission between an electromagnetic clutch and the cutting deck. H100D you re going to have it for a long time! Cutting blade protection To avoid any major damage, the blades are protected with two shear bolts that can be replaced in the event of a violent impact. Cutting deck The cutting deck is made from a single aluminium casting. It does not rust and is very strong. Grass box Made from rot-roof fabric on a reinforced tubular frame, the grassbox has a capacity of 600 litres and guarantees the user long life and reliable operation. Spreader (MET) For gardening work (spreading fertiliser) or winter work (spreading grit or sand). Needs the tow bar (MRD100). Swing tip kits For use in difficult conditions (tall grass, brush ), we recommend using the MF 100D and MF 100G swing tip kits. MYD100L) and heating (ref. MYD100C). Hi-lift emptying kit (MHD100 + MCH 100) The MHD100 hi lift emptying kit adapts to all the BLSP and BPSP ride-on mowers. It comprises all of the mechanical parts to equip your ride-on mower with hi lift emptying, reaching up to 1.80 m. The kit, part number MCH100 kit (double distributor and flexible hose) must be used to complete the machine. Mulching kit (MU100D) A mulching insert can be fitted into the H100D cutter deck, for effective mulching. H100D, highway equipment Sweeper (MT102) Make a clean sweep in the blink of an eye with the quick-attach sweeper. The adjustable speed of rotation of the brush, guarantees perfect performance for all conditions: gravel, leaves, waste... There are hydraulic controls for raising and lowering (requires the MSD100, MTA100 option for all H100D ride-on mowers and the MCH100 option for the BLSP and BPSP models without the high emptying kit). Extremely reliable (hydraulic drive), it guarantees perfect collection with the special collection box available in option (MU102). For cleaning alongside an obstacle (fence, gutter ) a gutter brush (MTS) can easily be fitted to the sweeper. H100D, snow equipment Snow blade (MV102) Snow plough kit (MND100) The snow blade will make your ETESIA a compact and very manoeuvrable snow clearing device. Its five work positions and its two adjustable runners make work accurate and efficient. Equipped with a shock absorber spring, it can be raised and tilted with hydraulic controls (requires the MSD100 option for all the H100D ride-on mowers and the MCH100 option for the BLSP and BPSP models without the high emptying kit). Recommended for use with the snow plough kit MND100. H100D, other equipment Front accessories attachment (MSD100) Kit required to fit sweeper or front snow blade. Hydraulic connectors with double spool valves (MCH100) Spool valve and hydraulic hoses for high lift emptying and for the raising and angling of the sweeper or the snow blade.
