QUESTION 1 SOALAN 1 (a) A vehicle has 65% load borne by the front wheels. Given that the diameter of each tire is 0.6 m and Zr =0.4W. Tayar hadapan sebuah kenderaan menampung 65% beban. Diberi diameter setiap tayar adalah 0.6 m dan Z r = 0.4W. i. Sketch free body diagram of the vehicle. Lakarkan gambarajah daya bebas bagi kenderaan ini. ii. Calculate L f and L r given that the distance between the front wheel and rear wheel (wheel base) of L = 2.8 m. Kirakan nilai L f dan L r jika jarak dari pusat tayar hadapan hingga pusat tayar belakang adalah 2.8 m. iii. Calculate high center (hc) if the front wheel is at 0.7 m higher than the rear wheels. [4 marks] [4 markah] CLO 2 (b) Given that a vehicle has the following specifications; Net weight = 2495 kg Wheelbase = 3570mm Assume the car is parked on an uphill road and the distance between front & rear wheels centre are the same to the centre of gravity. The height of the centre of mass to the road surface is h = 670 mm and φ = 30. Diberikan spesifikasi kenderaan seperti berikut: Jisim bersih = 2495 kg Jarak tayar hadapan ke belakang = 3570 mm Anggapkan bahawa kenderaan tersebut di atas jalan menaiki bukit dan jarak titik tengah roda depan ke belakang adalah sama dengan tinggi pusat graviti.
