3 R INTRODUCTION Incorporated in 1983, Agarwal Rubber Ltd., an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, is a pioneer in manufacturing high quality Automobile Tyres, Butyl Tubes, Flaps, Curing Bags, Envelopes and Bladders. In its ultra modern Tube Manufacturing Unit, approx. 40,000 nos. of high grade Butyl Rubber automotive tubes are produced every day. The range starts from 2 wheeler sizes and goes up to high precision OTR and Aviation Tubes. The production at the BIAS Tyre Manufacturing Unit stands at approx. 12,000 tyres per day, consisting highly durable, strong and stylish, two wheeler, ultra light truck, passenger vehicles, light truck, tractor front and rear tyres, with regular additions of new sizes and patterns as per global demand. These products are marketed under a robust brand, ARL, a testimony to the inherent spirit of the Company, i.e. Inspired by Concern for its valued users. In just a short span of time, the Brand has succeeded in establishing a strong foothold in the available product segments and has also been able to build a strong distribution network, backed by 95 exclusive distributors in India (who further retails through 3800 retail outlets) and exports to more than 45 countries worldwide. Highly qualified and experienced team of rubber technologists, design engineers and able workmen, combined with stringent quality control across the process, has enabled the product to acquire prestigious certifications for international standards such as E Mark, SASO, SONCAP, GSO etc, and a ISI from Bureau of Indian Standards. The Company has a state of the art, fully modernized and well equipped, Research and designing laboratory for its tyre & tube testing, which stands at par with the best of international standards. These labs are equipped with the latest machines required for Endurance Testing (5 Stations), Plunger Testing and various kinds of Polymer Tests. Keeping pace with advancements in global standards, ARL has created a niche for itself through constant technology upgrades and in house R&D which facilitated the designing and development of import substitutes of a range of high end Aviation & OTR tubes for esteemed OEM customers of India such as Indian Army, Indian Air force, HAL, BEML, TATA Motors and many more notable vehicle and equipment manufacturers across the world. The company plans to add one more ultra modern manufacturing facility, which will greatly enhance their presence in global tyre and tube market. In this new facility, the company plans to roll out niche sizes of OTR, Agricultural rear, TBR and high end Tyres for 2 and 3 wheeled vehicles which will cater to OEMs in India and abroad.
