Sincerely Brief history Socore Isba S, often referred to as just Socore per its original name, was first founded in the late 940s. Two young watchmakers had identified the need for new types of quality syringes for medical applications. The products rapidly met international success. In search of synergies, the company subsequently merged with another firm, moved to the city of Lausanne on Lake Geneva, changed name to become Socore Isba S and finally, under a new family ownership, built up-to-date premises in Ecublens we are in 963. Fifty years later, still with the same shareholders, Socore has grown its two distinct laboratory and animal health divisions, reflecting a long time strategic reconversion. n important 50 th anniversary year, 203 marked the inauguration of a major facility improvement programme.
