Use three test pieces and measure the portion to which oil is wiped off and the portion to which oil is not adhered. Measure three places of such portions respectively and obtain the average (the average of 9 places). (5) Wiping evaluation method Measure the glossiness (60 ) of the portion where oil is wiped off and the portion where oil is not adhered. (Make three measurements and obtain the average). Prepare three test pieces and attach dirt (sun-block cream) to each of them. Pay attention to attach dirt (sun-block cream) to them evenly. (1) Note (1) To make attaching condition even, take attaching procedure after the following operations: If the parts have curved face, select planar part and fix it with a clamp or mechanical fastener (screw the peripheral part, etc.). (3) Adhesion evaluation method Use three test pieces and measure the lightness of the portion to which sun-block cream is adhered and the portion to which sun-block cream is not adhered. Leave the portion to which sun-block cream is adhered for at least least 24 h after adhesion and make measurements within 168 h (7 days). (Make three measurements in different areas as shown in Fig. 15 & obtain the average of 9 places.) Using the measured values (average values), determine the change amount by the following formula, and judge the grade in accordance with Table 8. MES PA 68420B (Door Trims) 13.
