5 Wood craft, finishing, & High gloss plant Panel plant- Doors, walls, & headliners Custom paint plant- all parts painted, clear coated, & baked dry in our custom paint plant Fabrics division- custom embroidery and trim By producing everything we need for our van we can design and engineer the van to the quality, fit, & finish you see in our vans. It is also the reason we can build and deliver a van for you in 10 to14 days the way you want it. See our slide show on the DVD. 7. The Explorer difference- Warranty 3 year / 36,000 miles matches factory warranty on chassis Owners / warranty manual with digital photo s and parts numbers for all Explorer parts National warranty network- get the service you need across the country Replacement warranty on electronics- we send out a new TV, DVD, etc. and take the old one back. Trip express: if you need a new TV, DVD, VCP while on a trip we will overnight a new one to you and refer you to the closest dealer. You have 30 days to return the old component. National body repair fleet: If you should have an accident and you van will need body repair. We will pick your van up anywhere in the country, bring it back to our plant, perform all repairs, work directly with your insurance company, deliver the van back anywhere in the country. The insurance companies want us to do the work so they know your van will be restored to its original value. We pay the dealers posted labor rate. 8. The Explorer difference- Representative Our factory representative are available to assist you. We will meet with you at one of our dealers, your home or work to answer all your questions and help you get the information you need to make a good buying decision.
