3 The Renault Conversions: efficient, practical and versatile The Renault Master is a hugely versatile vehicle. It is available with a range of body styles, physical sizes and engine variants that can be adapted to a wide range of uses. We offer a comprehensive range of products and services to facilitate the adaptation of our vehicles to individual requirements. Our comprehensive range of Off the Shelf factory converted products are available directly from our dealer network as a One Stop Shop. These vehicles are provided with a full manufacturer warranty (4 years, 100,000 miles) from Renault that applies to both the base vehicle and the conversion, giving the peace of mind you would expect when buying directly from Renault. To complement our 'Off the Shelf' Conversions, Renault has developed a range of Tailor Made Accredited Conversions providing popular specialist vehicle adaptations such as refrigerated vans, Minibuses and grounds maintenance vehicles. Our accredited range has been developed in partnership with converters who have received Renault approval after being assessed on their technical and quality standards by a dedicated team from Renault. A list of these can be found on page 24 or at Our Accredited Converters can also produce completely bespoke vehicles built to meet a customer s specific requirement either as a one off build or as a multiple order. Our Accredited Converters receive specialist support and backup, ensuring that the quality of the conversion meets the standards expected by Renault and that the conversion meets all legal and technical requirements. Regular assessments and quality training are provided to the converters to ensure that these high standards are maintained both in the build of the vehicle and the aftersales backup provided. 4 Renault Master: Chassis Cabs, Crew Cabs & Platform Cabs Different chassis, still the same robustness of a Renault Master. Our Chassis Cabs and Platforms Cabs are based on a Renault Master and can accommodate a wide range of conversions to meet your needs and are adaptable to your requirements. There is a choice of different Gross Vehicle Weights (3.5t-4.5t), three vehicle lengths, a selection of efficient diesel engines and the option of single or crew cab versions. The Master's diversity also offers the choice of front wheel drive to maximise payload^ and a choice of single or double rear wheel drive to offer you a comprehensive solution. Our Off The Shelf factory Tipper, Dropside and Box Vans are constructed on a Chassis Cab and our Luton LoLoader is based on a Platform Cab, for a lower load height. Single Cab, Crew Cab and Crew van versions are also available so you don t need to choose between your tools and your crew. ^ Payload equals the Maximum Operating Mass (Gross Vehicle Mass or GVW) less the Kerb Mass. 7 R-Link (Optional) R-Link is an integrated 7" touchscreen multimedia system which includes: navigation with TomTom maps as well as the ability to subscribe to TomTom LIVE services (first 12 months included), DAB radio and vehicle information such as Eco Driving Coach. In addition to its many built-in features there are also applications to download from the R-Link Store. You can control the system from the screen, steering wheel controls or even via voice command. Main menu with 6 icons Discover the six available menus: navigation, multimedia, telephone, vehicle information, services and applications, system settings. Touchscreen navigation system With TomTom maps and a 12 months subscription to LIVE services from delivery. 8 Safety for all Nothing is more important than safety in the workplace. The Renault Master understands this: its driving assistance systems are more innovative than ever. Protection Renault Master is equipped with a driver airbag as standard and the passenger airbag and side airbags as an option. Its 3-point seat belts with load limiters are height adjustable for tailor-made safety. Rear parking sensor The rear parking sensor detects obstacles during a manoeuvre and informs you of their proximity with a sequence of beeps that get increasingly loud, the closer you get to an obstacle (Standard on Business+). Electronic Stability Control ESC ensures vehicle stability and detects the load level to improve the effectiveness of trajectory corrections. It now has essential features for everyday use: Grip Xtend, Hill Start Assist and Trailer Swing Assist. Fixed cornering lights These increase the field of vision covered by the headlights when you go round a corner.

9 Hill Start Assist and Trailer Swing Assist This feature allows the vehicle to be held on an incline, without the use of the handbrake, for two seconds. This allows you time to engage gear and apply power. Trailer Swing Assist works with the ESC and when it detects trailer oscillations, it applies the brakes to reduce torque and power until the oscillations stop. Grip Xtend Engaging Grip Xtend over loose surfaces such as gravel, light snow and shallow mud allows the front wheels to spin. This spinning action clears away the low grip surface and allows you to gain traction on the higher grip surface below (standard on all versions).

11 Twin Turbo: doubly effective With Twin Turbo technology, the ENERGY engines (dci 145 and dci 170) offer more power than their Euro 5 equivalents. "Twin Turbo" technology The ENERGY variants of the 2.3 Litre Master engine include twin turbo technology. This enables a diesel engine to combine torque at low speeds and high power with immediate benefit to driving pleasure. It includes two sequential turbochargers: - The first low inertia turbo provides high torque from low speeds to give you greater responsiveness when getting under way from stationary. - The second takes over at higher speeds, letting you call on more power without running out of steam, giving you smooth, steady, regular acceleration. The combi and bus versions are also fitted with Euro6b engines delivering 145 hp, 165 hp (bus) and 170 hp (combi). EURO 6 and AdBlue Ensuring our customers take advantage of the latest engine technology, the Master comes equipped with the latest Euro 6 compliant engines. Featuring an upgraded SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system, these engines cut harmful Nitrous Oxides (NOx) emissions by over half through injecting AdBlue solution into the exhaust gases. AdBlue is a clear, non-toxic and non-flammable water-based, high purity operating fluid, which is added downstream of the engine in the exhaust system, meaning you still receive the maximum efficiency from all our engines whilst reducing harmful pollutants.

13 Dropside The Master Dropside is designed to allow you to load and unload large items easily thanks to its 400mm high aluminium folding side panels. It benefits from a load length up to 4,430mm with a load height of 400mm and payload^ up to 1,419kg. 3 load lengths : Medium (ML), Long (LL) and extra long (LLL) wheelbases 4 engines : dci 110, ENERGY dci 110, dci 130, ENERGY dci 145. 15 Tipper The Renault Tipper benefits from a high strength light weight steel body, resulting in a highly durable vehicle, with a much improved payload^ up to 1,326kg for the FWD and 1,182kg for the RWD versions. 17 Box Van With a load volume of up to 22m 3 and payload^ up to 1,175kg, the Renault Master Box Van allows the efficient enclosed transport of merchandise or objects in an optimised loading area thanks to a perfectly flat rectangular floor without wheel arches and large side walls. This vehicle is ideally suited to delivery and removal companies as well as for use as short term rental vehicles. 19 Luton Loloader Based on a Master FWD Platform Cab, the Luton LoLoader has a loading height of just 550mm to facilitate easy loading and unloading, a payload^ of 1,351kg and 19m 3 load volume, which make it particularly suited to removals, home delivery, as well as multiple delivery and collections. In addition, the LoLoader s adaptability means it can be easily converted for specialist uses such as catering vehicles or mobile shop or showroom. 62 Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Renault have developed a specialist Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) version of the Trafic Passenger vehicle. The Trafic WAV complies with European Whole Vehicle Type Approval, on accessibility conditions for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. The conversion is based on the Trafic 9 seat Minibus, with a 3-fold aluminium ramp, which allows easy access to the rear of the vehicle. There is a standard anti-slip floor and 4 detachable tie down clamps for wheelchairs with 4 manually adjustable retractors to restrain the wheelchair in its position.
