These CNC universal milling machines feature unique and innovative engineering technology. Highlights of this dynamic series include digital drives in all axes (incl. main spindle), up to ipm. rapid traverse, in./s 2 acceleration and max. 18,000 rpm. motor spindles. Custom table options are also available, including a motorized swivel rotary table (with hydraulic clamping) and a simultaneous table (adds 2 machining axes). All of these impressive features come mounted on an advanced cross-slide design with a sturdy, ribbed cast frame that delivers noticeably greater precision. 5 DMU 50 / 70 Series New design, 3D controls, digital drives and speeds up to 18,000 rpm. The DMU 50 / 70 Series is designed to flexibly produce individual and small series parts. It also has significant upgrade potential with optional up to 18,000 rpm. (10,000 rpm. standard) spindle speeds and a powerful 16-, 30- or 60-slot tool changer magazine. All of this comes in a state-of-the-art machine body that features unobstructed views into the work area, improved access to the workpiece and an advanced DMG ERGOline control with a 19" display for impressive ergonomics. 05

Along with short chip-to-chip times, your entire production process will reap significant time savings. Chip contamination is avoided by separating the tools from the work area.
