Their new Hackney Air and Light Truck is on a four county response list for the regional hazmat teams. Other services provided by the truck include rehab services with inflatable heated and lighted shelters. It was deployed after Hurricane Sandy to Breezy Point, NY supplying electrical power, lighting, and rehab services. Chairs and tables are stored in specially designed areas of the compartments. The air compressor filters are mounted on slide rails for easy service. A 20-ft Will-Burt mast is mounted between the cab and body to reduce overall height. The right side wall is equipped with thirty (30) SCBA bottles that can be passed in and out of the fill room through an exterior access door (shown below). The left side wall accommodates the RevolveAir fill enclosure and the fill control panel in a climate controlled room. 4 MOBILE AIR & LIGHT Model HM0678 The 52 wide x 40 deep compartment permits an 10 x 15 inflatable shelter to be easily stored on this roll-out tray. The concrete blocks beneath are used as tie-downs to stabilize the shelter when inflated. A 36 deep slide tray accommodates two (2) Dometic coolers that can operate from either the AC or DC circuits.
