AR - Awaiting Repair or Out Of Service BER - Beyond Economical Repair REVIEW PERIOD Locomotives continued to see use mostly on local Manila and Naga based commuter services, perway services across the whole system and for a time the Bicol passenger services from Manila to Naga. Another change of image occurred with the modern Filtrak livery being superseded by a dark blue with gold lining livery in the same style as earlier years. This livery has itself been replaced by a dark blue with dark orange lining. The period has seen a reduction in serviceable locomotives by two.
