7 6 7 COMPACT Concentrated power, small dimensions, big performances Best comfort with the biggest cab of the category P 27.6 WITH FORKS COMPACT SERIES The reduced dimensions make these telehandlers ideal to work in restricted environments. The chassis architecture is innovative and the telescopic boom is extremely compact and built using the tried and tested Merlo system of having all the mechanical workings within the boom structure. The extension components, hydraulic, and electrical systems are well protected within the boom structure. By not leaving parts on the exterior, damage caused by the inevitable knocks received on the work-site are avoided. TF 33.7 WITH FORKS Attachments: dedicated attachments to make your work easier and increase your productivity. Operator position: cab internal width of 3-3 for supreme comfort. Wide-opening doors for easy access and improved operator comfort. The compact series outperforms front loaders in terms of height, operating boom speed, and productivity. Electronically controlled hydrostatic transmission: easy, practical, and intuitive. P27.6 Plus engine is equipped with Kubota engine kw/7hp in line with EPA emission standard for this category. TF 33.7 and TF 3.9 engines are equipped with Deutz engines 74,kW/11HP in line with EPA emission standards. Hydrostatic transmission: maneuver with inching precision. 9 9 PANORAMIC W/O STABILIZERS US Panoramic w/o stabilizers US The best in class for compactness and productivity PANORAMIC W/O STABILIZERS US In 197 Merlo designed the Panoramic telehandler with its patented sidemounted engine layout, to ensure the best «panoramic» view around the cab, which has become state-of-the art. Since then, the Panoramic models are among the best selling products of the Merlo Group. One of the most popular Panoramic w/o stabilizers is the TF3.1 US. It can be used in confined spaces, thanks to its compactness and its three-mode steering system which increases maneuverability and versatility. The engine and hydrostatic transmission are electronically controlled for better performance. The transmission is also equipped with a two-speed mechanical gearbox designed to suit speed from zero to 2 MPH. Its low center of gravity and correct weight distribution allow excellent stability and the permanent 4WD system allows for the best traction. Comfort is assured by a cab designed and manufactured by Merlo. The internal cab width of 3-3 is the best in its class. The driving position and controls have been designed according to the latest ergonomic standards to ensure the maximum comfort. TF WITH FORKS TF 3.1 TT 14 WITH FORKS Both models are powered by Deutz rated at 1 kw/136 HP. Engines and hydrostatic transmissions are electronically controlled. Two-speed mechanical gearbox is designed to suit speed from zero to 2 MPH. Inching pedal: for better speed control and work accuracy. BSS: Boom suspension system for active dampening during material handling (opt). 3-Steering modes: operator can improve maneuverability and save time. PANORAMIC WITH STABILIZERS US The unique Merlo design ensures good weight balance which, together with versatile drive/steer axles, extraordinary ground clearance, permanent 4WD and road travel at up to 2MPH, ensure unrivalled driving ability in the most challenging of ground conditions. The Panoramic telehandlers feature a brilliant boom sideshift system uniquely developed by Merlo. The operator controls the resulting sideways movement of the load with great accuracy. Two hydraulically operated stabilizers on the front axle ensure the necessary stability and allow the machine to be fully operational on uneven or sloping grounds. The operator can place the stabilizers independently upon the ground and use them to level the chassis. The two models available in the US are the P3.13 US (compact, user-friendly and versatile) and P4.17 US (the flagship, with power, load capacities, and lift heights that are industry standards.). 13 12 13 HEAVY DUTY The new Heavy Duty range High performance for construction sectors HEAVY DUTY The front telehandlers are enriched by a range called Heavy Duty, high capacity telehandlers able to meet new market demands. These Heavy Duty models ensure high levels of comfort and can handle 9,92 lbs at They incorporate new systems that improve safety, productivity, comfort and energy saving - the latter feature is especially appreciated thanks to major cost savings for fuel achieved by the EPD system. EPD - Eco Power Drive Studied to save up to 1% of fuel. Operator sets the desired speed by gas pedal, the EPD system controls the engine rpm to reach the desired speed, minimizing fuel consumption. Hydro-pneumatic cab suspensions (CS): standard, for greater operator comfort. Cab Suspension system ensures an efficient dumping effect in any situation, regardless load, terrain and driving speed. Load sensing pump ensures the correct oil follow when it is necessary by the hydraulic circuit. Self-accelerating system: to get higher boom speed the operator moves the joy stick forward. The system increases engine rpm and oil flow automatically. User-friendly system to boost productivity. Dual reverse shuttle system: buttons are located on joystick as well as on the steering LHS to improve productivity. The P6.1 US was conceived for heavy duty applications. It is powered by a 4 cyl. engine rated at 11HP and it weights (total unladen mass with forks) 21,6 LBS, while the P.1 US, P6.14 US, and P12.1US are equipped with 4 cyl. engine rated at 17HP and they weight 34, LBS. The heavy duty range benefits from the performance and precision of the hydrostatic transmission that, combined with the two-speed gearbox, allows the telehandler to reach a maximum speed of 2 MPH. Boom sideshift (a content that only Merlo can offer) together with the frame leveling ensure the maximum versatility and productivity in all conditions. The P.1US, P6.14 US and P12.1 US are then equipped with the Merlin system an onboard computer that acquires and processes all inputs and outputs from the various working areas of the machine. The main operating conditions and all necessary information to the operator are continuously displayed in an easy and intuitive format and acts as a versatile and effective tool.
