Apply Loctite on motor shaft (please see apply lue procedures).. Slide and rotate the sun ear on motor shaft.. Bolts the adapter on motor. 5. Put washer on adapter surface.. Screw the earbox on adapter all the way and verify is seal tiht. A adapter washer sun ear 0.0 A 0.5 max. AM0 / 0 / 0 / 0 Assemble Procedures:. heck motor shaft runout. 0.0 A. lean the rease or oil on motor shaft. Apply Loctite on motor shaft (please see apply lue procedures).. Slide and rotate the sun ear on motor shaft.. Bolts the adapter on motor. 5. Put washer on adapter surface, check o-rin position.. Bolts the earbox and motor toether. Verify is seal tiht. A o-rin adapter washer sun ear A 0.0 Apply Glue Procedures: 0.5 max.. heck motor shaft and sun ear hole tolerance within 0.0mm. (sun ear hole tolerance is H7).. lean the rease or oil in sun ear hole and motor shaft.. Sun ear can rotate or slide on motor shaft.. Minimum dry time for Loctite is hours. Keep the assembly in horizontal position. 5. After dried, under no-load test run for 5 minutes. 0
