For informion on the performance characteristics of these capacitors, please refer to the lest issue of the ilitary Specificion. IL-F establishes 1000 hour failure re levels of 2 %, 1 %, %, and %. When ordering these parts, care must be exercised th the correct part number expressing the approprie failure level be specified. Each order for ilitary Style capacitors requiring government inspection must ste whether inspection is to be the destinion or the Sprague plant. The maximum allowable internal temperure rise (ΔT) decreases linearly to a calculed + 10 C rise ambient. 5. The internal temperure rise is directly proportional to the equivalent series resistance of the capacitor and equivalent series resistance increases with decreasing frequency.
