15 [ ON THE ROAD CHARGES ] ON THE ROAD CHARGES (OTR) INCLUDE: BENEFIT-IN-KIND TAXATION 12 Months Government Vehicle Excise duty depending on CO2 emissions, vehicle first registration fee ( 55), number plate ( 26) and delivery costs ( ). The company car Benefit-in-Kind Taxation scale is linked to the CO2 emissions level. The table left shows the percentage of the car price to be taxed (P11D value). Below is an explanation useful to calculate the BIK. The cars price to be taxed (P11D value) includes: Total Retail Price (Basic Price + VAT) + Number Plate ( 26) + Delivery costs ( ) + Option (Including VAT).
