1 Wirtgen Limited presents new Kleemann products and solutions for road construction and repair at Hillhead Visitors to this year's Hillhead trade show can look forward to 15 exhibits from the extensive Wirtgen Group product range. The absolute highlight is Kleemann's new MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO mobile cone crusher, which is making its worldwide début almost simultaneously at the exhibitions in Buxton (UK) and Moscow (Russia). The specialist for mobile crushers and screens developed this compact system especially for the contractor market. The key attractions of the MCO 9 EVO are its excellent end product quality, broad range of applications, high level of productivity and low fuel consumption. What's more, sales and service company Wirtgen Limited is also presenting a cross-section of innovative Wirtgen Group solutions for road construction and repair. Wirtgen: Global market-leader presents top small and large milling machines Presenting models from the small and large milling machine range, Wirtgen will be showcasing a selection of products from its market-leading fleet of road repair machines. Developed to cater to the diverse needs of customers, all of the machines feature an extensive range of applications and great cost-effectiveness. Take the W 200 Hi large milling machine, which made its worldwide début at Conexpo 2014: it offers maximum flexibility on job sites thanks to its new application concept. 2 Vögele: New "Dash 3" paver generation Joseph Vögele AG is once again raising the bar in road construction with a totally new category of pavers, the "Dash 3" generation. These innovative, ecologically sound and cost-efficient asphalt pavers are based on highly advanced and user-friendly technology. The EcoPlus package, for instance, significantly reduces both fuel consumption and noise levels. The ErgoPlus operating system has been supplemented by numerous ergonomic and functional features for the "Dash 3" pavers. In addition, the new convenience functions AutoSet and PaveDock Assistant make work with the pavers even easier. Hamm: HD Compact Line: Now with oscillation rollers With its HD Compact Line, Hamm is the world leader in the market for compact tandem rollers. Four models in this range in the weight class up to 4.5 t are being presented at Hillhead, the HD 13 VO representing the first ever oscillating roller. The low-impact and efficient compaction technology is now available for compact machines. The HD+ 80i a new model in the HD+ range of articulated tandem rollers is bringing power to the mid-range segment. The H 13i compactor is the new champion for earth working. The "i" in its name indicates that it uses the future-oriented "Tier 4" combustion engine technology. Kleemann: Perfect interaction between MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO cone crusher and MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO jaw crusher Kleemann GmbH has closed one of the last gaps in its comprehensive range of products with the MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO. Developed especially for the needs of customers in the contractor market, this secondary crusher above all boasts an impressively high performance, economical operation, compact design and simple transportation. 3 capacities of up to 250 t/h, but also a higher reduction ratio, producing an end product with a higher fines content compared to other cone crushers in the same class. The crusher operates with the familiar drive concept used in Kleemann's other EVO models, featuring a powerful direct drive for the crusher and electric drives for the conveyors, thus guaranteeing highly efficient operation. When used in combination with a MOBICAT MC 110 Z EVO mobile jaw crusher, which operates with the same drive concept, the installation of an electrical interlocking device is very practical. As a result, the MCO 9 EVO and the MC 110 Z EVO, which is also on display at Hillhead 2014, are ideally intermatched; the different material conveyance elements, such as the extracting chute or pre-screen, can be optimally adapted to work together. This guarantees that the cone crusher is continually filled to the optimum level and thus produces a premium quality end product. Additional attractions of the MC 110 Z are its crushing unit with a long crusher jaw, which prevents the clogging of material in the crushing chamber and greatly improves the material intake characteristics, its renowned, effective double-deck pre-screen and its highly economical consumption figures.
