You will not be able to pay for your item at the point of pickup, our third party warehouse (Advance Commercial Warehouse) No lots will be available for pickup at Christie s Rockefeller Plaza COLLECTION INFORMATION All Star Trek items will be stored at: Advance Commercial Warehouse th Street, Maspeth, NY Ext. 19 startrek@officemoving.com Hours of Pickup: Monday Friday 10:00 AM 3:00 PM (See map included in Bidder Packet and also available at the Cashier s Office) After 35 days, your item will begin to accrue storage charges; Advance Commercial Warehouse will not release any items before your payment has been cleared through Christie s. Please call ahead to inquire about payment METHODS OF COLLECTION Shipping via Art Transport If you would like your lot shipped directly to you, please fill out the Art Transport Form in your bidder packet Pick up in person at Advance Commercial Warehouse Starting Monday, October 9, 2006 Your item will be available for pickup 48 hours after your payment has cleared You must call 24 hours ahead to Advance Warehouse Ext. 19 Please bring a form of ID and your receipt of payment from Christie s Advance Commercial Warehouse will not provide packing assistance for third party truckers

Note that Christie s must collect New York City sales tax on items collected by non-icc & non-dot carriers. Dealers are exempt only if a current resale number, OSR or ST-120 certificate has been filed with Christie s at the time of collection. Dealers: Billing name and address must agree with your state and local sales tax exemption certificate. Invoices cannot be changed after they have been printed.
