ELMEQ GmbH was founded in Germany 2011 and is working closely with their headquarter in Denmark and is able to offer innovation, development and logistics services. Changzhou ELMEQ Motion Mechanical Co., Ltd. (ELMEQ Asia) was founded in 2008 located in China and is able to offer, innovation, development and logistics services and production of customized electro mechanical items. The ELMEQ Group works with a large range of high quality manufacturing plants of motion and mechanical products. The product range includes assemblies of customized motor solutions and actuators. Through the ELMEQ Group you get access to development departments with more than 20 engineers and a production capacity higher than 40 million items per year. Part of the production is approved for automotive manufacture and TS16949 approved.

8 High torque BLDC motor Integrated Driver. Small size, high torque, effectively reduce system weight. Integrate of different kinds of encoder. Mounting gear box is available. Application among others suitable for low power electric vehicles. High speed and low noise BLDC motor. Special damping structure, high speed up to 30000RPM, low vibration&low noise. Application can be used in medical applications for example respirators.

9 Outer rotor BLDC motor. Outer rotor structure, higher torque and higher power with smaller size, multislot and multipole design, high rotor inertia, stabile speed. Application suitable for fans and ventilations control. High IP grade BLDC motor. IP grade is IP67, epoxy potting, good heat dispersion. Work under water, oil and other liquids applications. Application suitable for different pumps.

10 Hybrid stepper motor changed to Generator. By changing the winding of the stepper motor, assembly of hand lever and gear, then it changes to hand held generator. Application can be used in portable power machines in maritime. Customized Long shaft stepper motor. Special Long shaft customized, short dowel on the shaft, high accuracy and smooth movement. We have own shaft production and we can customize shafts for applications. Application can be used in bill counters.

11 Pancake motor. Ultra thin, compact form, integrated encoder signal, low speed, high torque, more flexible solution, rotary table direct driven. Application suitable for sliding doors. Linear actuator. Designed with DC motors and stepper motors according to customers application requirements. Voltage: 1.5V-310VDC/AC Stroke:1mm-1000mm Push force: 2N-5000N Application can be replace pneumatic cylinders.
