2 Introducing Mobi Charger Flex Mobile Electric Vehicle Chargers Mobi Chargers are the turnkey solution for electric vehicle charging. No construction, permitting, or electrical infrastructure upgrades are necessary. Deployments can be rolled out and scaled up quickly. 3 All - Inclusive Mobi Chargers FreeWire s Concierge Charging package includes several units of the Mobi Charger Flex. Both Level 2 and DC fast charging are available. The units will live on-site for the duration of the service plan. The number of units will be determined by the number of vehicles that need to be serviced on a daily basis. One Mobi can charge 5-10 EVs a day, depending on the speed of charge and the make and model of the vehicle. On-Site Attendants Mobis will be operated daily by FreeWire attendants. They will monitor the charging sessions and ensure all EVs in the daily queue are charged. One attendant can manage up to 10 Mobis. Optionally, instead of a FreeWire attendant, an employee within the organization can also be trained to operate and manage the Mobis. Mobile App A version of the mobile app will be created for your parking facility, specifically for use by your employees and on-site attendants. Fully Insured The service is fully insured when using a FreeWire attendant. Partial insurance is offered for operation managed by trained employees of the organization. Maintenance All necessary maintenance of the Mobi Chargers be provided by FreeWire at no additional charge. The FreeWire team makes regular updates to the mobile app to optimize its performance. Management Platform Access to a basic dashboard on the management platform comes with the package. Premium access and custom features features can be added for a light monthly fees. 4 Planning Since there is no construction or power upgrades needed, Concierge Charging can be launched within a matter of days. There are just a few preliminary setup considerations. Outlets For maximum efficiency of the Mobi Chargers, one designated 240V outlet is recommended, but not required, for each Mobi. Mobis can be tethered to recharge each other and also recharge from stationary charging stations. Storage Mobis are weather-proof and can be stored outdoors or indoors. We recommend ample access to outlets in the storage areas for overnight recharging, when electricity rates are lowest. Awareness FreeWire works with employers to create awareness of the service among the employees. We provide digital templates with instructions and information to introduce the service. 5 Features FreeWire s service has been designed with paramount convenience for drivers and employers. Easy Payment Options The FreeWire app allows drivers to securely and conveniently pay for charging sessions straight through the app. The fee structure is at your discretion per session, per kwh, monthly fee, etc. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as Google Wallet, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Attendant/Driver Message Center Employees are automatically added on the queue when the check in but occasionally, employees may need to depart work early. They can message the attendant directly through the app and request to be moved up in the queue. Compatible Across Platforms The FreeWire app is available on ios and Android. Drivers can also log into their account through the FreeWire website. No Stranded Assets Range Options FreeWire provides the option to choose the amount of electricity to deliver to each vehicle. Let us know how much to deliver per charge session and the Mobi can set up to deliver accordingly. Settings can be changed at any time. If the lease ends on your current facility and your organization needs to move, you will not be gifting EV chargers to the next tenant. 6 Customer Feedback Drivers I've been using FreeWire for a few weeks. I use it almost every weekday and it's pretty convenient... So I definitely want FreeWire to stay. I also heard from one of my teammate that he would lease an electric car if FreeWire is going to stay. Please keep the service going! It's so much easier than trying to run out and move my car between meetings, and the FreeWire team has been very responsive to any feedback. :) And if possible, increase the capacity to serve more vehicles! I think this program is great! I don't have to concern myself with checking multiple times a day to find a spot, or going out at unpredictable times (I'm in meetings all day) if my spot on a waitlist comes up, or finding parking once my charging's done.
