3 General Information Prices shown herein are suggested prices only and in no way are they to be construed as limiting or restricting the dealer in his determination of the ultimate retail selling price. It is understood that the dealers are free to determine their selling price. Subject to any Federal, State or local laws. Where shown herein liquid capacities are U.S. measure unless otherwise noted. ADVANCE FREIGHT Advance freight will be added to the machinery invoice as a separate net charge for machinery shipped from field locations or from other than specified Ex Works locations. PRICES Prices are Ex Works factory, where the goods are manufactured, except where noted. For detailed information concerning prices, please refer to your OPERATING GUIDE. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. CONTENTS OF ORGANIZATION Case Construction Equipment Inc issues price lists and revisions covering each Case contract. U.S. Price List is published in U.S. funds. Canadian Price List is published in Canadian funds. Assure that you are using the correct price list. The Canadian price lists are denoted by a Maple Leaf on the price list cover page and the symbol (CDN) is printed at the head of the Factory Supplied Attachments List columns. Freight, duty and sales taxes are NOT included in any wholegoods or attachment prices shown in the price list. Any appropriate freight, duty, Federal, State, and Provincial taxes will be added to the machinery invoice as separate net charges. PROCEDURE The price pages for each machine (or group of machines) lists both Factory and Factory Supplied Attachments. Each price list is comprised of the various machines sold under that contract. Each price book section has Factory, Factory Supplied Attachments, or Third Party Supplied Attachments pages. When ordering and pricing a machine follow the ordering instructions listed for that machine. Attachments listed following the Factory Supplied Attachments or Third Party Supplied Attachments heading are available for installation in the field. ATTACHMENTS Expect Attachments to be shipped within 2-3 weeks from order entry. Page 3 of 13

Any questions you can call the Document Management Center at You will only receive price lists for contracts covered by your current Dealer Agreement with the Company.
