1 Clean up with Shell Helix Ultra - Promotion Terms and Conditions Definitions 1. Promotion refers to the Clean up with Shell Helix Ultra Promotion, terms and conditions of which are set out herein. 2. Promotion Period is defined as 0001 hrs of 01 October 2015 to 2359 hrs of 30 November 2015, or such other later date as determined by Shell (Singapore time and both days inclusive). 3. Redemption Period is defined as 0001 hrs of 01 October 2015 to 2359 hrs of 31 December 2015, or such other later date as determined by Shell (Singapore time and both days inclusive). 4. Redemption Voucher refers to the free car wash voucher (to be used in conjunction with the Shell car decal) issued by the Participating Outlets (defined below) during the Promotion Period. 6 Outlets listed as (47) to (52) shall collectively be known as the OTHER Participating Outlets. 6. During the Promotion Period, Customers are eligible to obtain the Redemption Voucher (while stocks are available) for one free car wash when they purchase the following ( Eligible Customer ): (1) 1 Shell Helix Ultra Service Package from any Shell Autoserv Participating Outlet or any OTHER Participating Outlet; or (2) Annual Service Packages from any Participating Franchised Outlet. 7. Eligible Customers who have purchased from any Participating Franchised Outlet are also eligible for Make a clean sweep with Shell Helix Ultra Promotion. Please refer to Appendix (A) for further applicable terms and conditions related to. 8. All Eligible Customers must display the car decal on their vehicle and present the original Redemption Voucher to HANDWASH with SONAX cashier to redeem the free car wash. For audit purposes in connection with this Promotion, all Eligible Customers consent to providing their vehicle numbers, name and any other relevant personal data to Shell, its participating partners and authorized agents. 9. Redemption Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, partially or wholly or for other goods/services. Shell reserves the right to replace the Redemption Voucher with items of similar value at its discretion, and to add, delete or change any of the items or conditions at any time without prior notice. 13. Redemption Voucher cannot be used with any other offers, privileges, discounts or promotions, unless otherwise specified. 14. Participating Outlets are not the suppliers of the free car wash service and shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of such products or services, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with the free car wash service or any related products or services. 15. Shell reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the Promotion, or vary, delete or add any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. 16. Shell s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its discretion and will be final and binding on all Eligible Customers. 17. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and any other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the terms and conditions stated herein shall prevail. 18. By participating in this Promotion, all Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
