The Lift provides lifting heights between 975 and 1725 mm, positions every load with high precision, and ensures consistent working conditions in terms of speed and physical effort. Lifting, handling, and transportation of e.g. standardised containers weighing up to 125 kg is simplifi ed, thereby increasing the effi ciency and ergonomics of goods handling operations in industry, commerce, and the service sector. The numerous complementary accessories transform the lifts into assembly aids, allow easier loading of machines and shelves or emptying containers. Of course, every lifting aid comes with EXPRESSO standard safety features, like for example the automatic parking brake. Individual versions and adaptations for special applications are designed in close cooperation with our customers. 3 MULTI-PERFORMANCE LIFT THREE DIFFERENT VERSIONS for universal applications with lifting heights of 975, 1,475 and 1,725 mm and payloads of up to 125 kg. Manufactured in accordance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and CE compliant, electrostatically ally dissipative in accordance with VDE DIN EN and splash water protected ed rated IP41. CONTROL UNIT Basic with up / down button and LED battery charge status indicator. The control unit is connected via a spiral cable to permit comfortable and safe control of lifting and lowering operations from all sides. Optional: programmable Comfort control ol unit (see fi gure) with 6 target buttons. PUSH HANDLE The handle design offers many gripping options for different body heights. The lift can thus be guided safely. The servo control system ensures smooth and safe transportation of loads. SAFETY MONITORING SYSTEM for switch-off in case of system errors, overload, or obstructed load handling attachment. FOOT PEDAL serves to activate the directional lock and as parking brake on the rear castor wheels. CASTOR WHEELS at front and rear are abrasion-proof and electrostatically dissipative. They support the high maneuvrability of the lift to reach the operation site quickly and precisely. 62

4 MAIN FEATURES ELECTRIC SPINDLE DRIVE The brush-protected precision spindle with smooth running ball bearings allows positioning with millimetre precision, safe and reliable operation and permanent maintenance-free use as well as a lifting speed of up to 100 mm/sec. with loads up to 100 kg. BUILT-IN 24 V RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES with electronic monitoring to indicate the battery charge status on the control panel. The 24 VDC, 7,2 Ah AGM (lead fl eece) batteries are maintenance free and have a maximum charging time of 8 hours. BATTERY CHARGER comprising a charging plug and cable, allows battery charging just about anywhere. Lift 14 STANDARD LOAD HANDLING ATTACHMENTS with load capacities of up to 125 kg intended for lifting, lowering, turning, positioning, slewing, manipulating and rotating of loads. EXCHANGEABLE BATTERY PACK (OPTIONAL) is mounted on the lifting column by means of a bracket and four hooks, and is connected to the lift motor with a bayonet connector. LOW-PROFILE CHASSIS FRAME Ideal for rolling underneath pallets and shelves with a small turning radius for easy and precise maneuvring. 63
