Distribution area: Ausgrid Offer for: Residential What s the Guaranteed Discount? Your Guaranteed Discount rates include an 4% discount off your Base Rates. CONDITIONAL DISCOUNTS Online Saver You can receive a further 4% off your Guaranteed Discount rates (a total of 8% off your Base Rates off your whole bill) by logging in once a month when prompted by the Account Review coming and pay any amount owing with the Online Saver pack. Bulk Pack You can receive a further 7% off your Guaranteed Discount rates (a total of 2% off your Base Rates off your whole bill) by logging in and purchasing the Bulk Pack up front, which is around three months worth of power. This is only available for purchase around once every 60 days. What are Base Rates? Base Rates are our non-discounted rates. Base Rates can be found at powershop.com.au/prices. What do I have to do differently if I am a customer? You can deal with in exactly the same way as you dealt with your previous power company where you get your bill and just pay once a month. If you want to take advantage of all that has to offer, we suggest that you log in to your online account regularly, here you can enter your meter reads, see how much power you ve used or snap up our special offers. How will I receive my bill? We ll send all communications to the address you used to sign up. What is the Account review coming ? If your account is in arrears at the end of your billing period (highlighted with circles in your online account s Power Organiser), you ll get an titled Account review coming. This lets you know what you owe, and gives you two business days to log in and purchase the best discount available to you. If you don t want to log in, that s fine, we ll just send you your Account Review and use your default payment method to cover any amount owing. What is an Account Review? Your Account Review is your bill, it outlines what you used during the month and what you purchased, as well as any amount owing at the end of the month (if any). This is sent once a month and comes with an attached PDF outlining everything that makes up your bill, including usage charges, Daily Supply Charges and other things like solar or concession (if applicable). Variation of tariffs If we vary our tariffs and charges for the sale of energy to you under this contract, we ll give you notice as soon as is reasonably practicable. This will usually be by , and by no later than the date of your next bill to be impacted by the variation. s In addition to the applicable tariff, you may incur other fees (additional retail charges). We only charge these fees where set out on our fees page powershop.com. au/fees.
