5 H Fast, Easy and Safe loading/unloading The loading and unloading of equipment or crew while rotors are turning, can be made safely, quickly and easily from either side of the cab or at the rear. The wide sliding doors and rear clamshell doors can all be easily manipulated with one hand. One platform for a full range of missions A wide range of rapidly interchangeable optional equipment, such as FLIR Camera, Fast Roping/ Rappelling Beam, emergency floats, rescue hoist, searchlight and cargo hook is available for the H145. Together with its inherently versatile cabin layout, the H145 is ready to take on all types of missions, NEWLY-DESIGNED ENGINES The H145 is equipped with two modern and powerful Safran Helicopter Engines Arriel 2E, each controlled by a fully redundant dual channel Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC). SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE The H145 offers outstanding all engine operative (AEO) performance, particularly in the most demanding environments, with unrivalled Cat. A operations at maximum takeoff weight (ISA +20 Sea Level). Performance class 1 (PC1) according to EASA OPS with full MTOW at SL and ISA. Flight envelope extension for Take-off & Landing IGE from 16,000 ft to 20,000 ft DA or PA whichever is less. Increased MTOW from kg to 3,800 kg. Increased Human External Cargo (HEC) capability: kg payload in Hover OEI 2min. UPGRADED MAIN GEAR BOX The H145 s main gear box has been enhanced to handle higher loads, and is certified for a 30-minute dry run capability.
