2 Track Progress as on 007 (ATA-0) CORRIDOR-I: In Elevated section from Airport to Saidapet ramp, track work completed for the entire elevated section for the length of 8695m with turnouts a commissioned for passenger services. In uergrou section between Saidapet ramp to Washermenpet, track work is in progress from Saidapet Ramp to Naanam. Let me define a leader. He must have vision a passion a not be afraid of any problem. Abdul Kalam CORRIDOR-II: In the uergrou section between Thirumangalam ramp a Chennai central, out of 9888m, Track work completed for the length of 644m with 5 turnouts from Thirumangalam ramp to Nehru Park. Trial run with rolling stock has been coucted from Thirumangalam to Nehru Park. DEPOT : Track work completed for entire depot length of 4606m with 4 turnouts. Eco - Friely Transport at Metro ation Metro Intervention Training Program To Encourage ECO friely transportation,cmrl has introduced Bi-cycle facility for Metro Passengers at Ekkattuthangal Metro ation. The bicycle can be hired on free of charge by the passenger Preference will be given to regular commuters using CMRL Trip/ Smart ca. CONDITIONS FOR HIRING : Refuable security deposit : Refuable security deposit of Rs.000/- has to be paid by passenger through ca (Credit/Debit) / Cash. Paper Pass (Cycle PASS) will be issued to passenger by ation Controller. ID Proof : The passenger shall submit ID proof. The ID proof shall be Aadhaar ca / Ration ca / Election Ca / Driving License / Photo identity ca issued by state / central / education institution / Pan ca..timing : The bicycle shall be hired by passenger from 07:00 Hrs in the morning a need to be returned by the passenger on or before :00 Hrs. of the same day. 4.Returning of Bicycle : Bicycle to be returned in proper coition has taken over by the passenger.cmrl is not responsible for any accident / injury / brakedown of the cycle. The rider is responsible for any damage or loss to the bicycle a necessary charges will be livid from the rider if any damage or loss of any parts. 5.Penalty: (I) If bicycle is not returned by the passenger on the same day of hiring, then an amount of Rs.50/- per day will be levied for the delayed days. (ii) In case of Lost / theft of bicycle, the passenger will have to pay an amount of Rs.5000/-. By adjusting the deposit (Rs.000/-), the balance amount Rs.000/- should be paid by rider. 6.Refu of Deposit : When the passenger does not want to avail the bicycle service further, shall inform the parking security a request for refu of security deposit a return the Cycle pass. ation controller shall refu the security deposit. Maintenance activities on these 8 trains are carried out by CMRL Rolling ock Maintenance Team a the warranty obligation is done by the contractor. Trains uer testing at CMRL facility All other trains delivered to CMRL are uer various stages of testing a commissioning in CMRL depot a mainline. Maintenance of CMRL trains Preventive maintenance activities on these 8 trains are carried out by CMRL Rolling ock Maintenance Team a corrective maintenance is done by the contractor. Preventive maintenance activities include 7 hrs inspection, monthly maintenance, quarterly maintenance, half yearly maintenance a annual maintenance. Re-railing equipment mock-up was successfully completed on 4th Jan 07. During the mock up, functioning a working of Re-railing equipment such as Power packs, Hydraulic Jacks, Spreader, cutter, Airbags, Rescue Trolley etc. are checked for proper functioning Bid Opening ( Packet - A a Packet B) for the teer RSM-0-06 Teer for providing maintenance services to CMRL Rolling ock in Koyambedu Depot was coucted on 0th a 7th January 07. 7 7 PLATINUM RATING - IGBC GREEN MRTS CERTIFICATION The Iian Green Building Council (IGBC), part of the Confederation of Iian Iustry (CII) was formed in the year 00, with the vision of enabling a sustainable built environment by 05. The council closely works with several ate Governments, Central Government, World Green Building Council, bilateral multilateral agencies in promoting green building concepts in the country. Koyambedu ation CMBT ation The council in light of the growth of green building movement in Iia has launched the IGBC Green Building Rating System on various categories like New a Existing Buildings, Residential Societies, Interiors, Healthcare, Schools, Factory Buildings, Green Cities, SEZs, Lascapes a Mass Rapid Transit System. IGBC Green Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) rating was launched to encourage green concepts in the design, construction & operation of all new Rail based MRTS projects focusing on National priorities like conserving natural resources, dema side energy & water efficiency, adoption of renewable energy, management of waste a commuter health & comfort. Green MRTS rating addresses green features uer the following categories Site selection a Planning Water Efficiency. Energy Efficiency 4. Material Conservation 5. Ioor Environment a comfort 6. Innovation in Design a Construction. To achieve the IGBC Green MRTS rating, the project must satisfy all the maatory requirements a achieve minimum number of credit points on the above categories. They are as mentioned below: Corridor : Little Mount - Guiy - Nanganallur - Meenambakkam - Airport (5 ations) Corridor : Koyambedu - CMBT - Arumbakkam - Vadapalani -Ashoknagar - Ekkattuthangal - Alaur - Thomas Mount (8 ations) Ashok Nagar ation As a result of the certification process, the elevated stations have achieved a total of 7 points at Elevated/ At Grade station Category with the highest certification level of Platinum rating a Global leadership recognition.
