This product offering comes with a broad range of ratings and features to cover our customers lighting and distribution panelboard needs. Options are available for 3-, 5-, and 10-day on-site delivery after the day the order is placed. 5 Pricing Procedure Pricing Procedure NQ and NF Factory-assembled Panelboards 1. Select the base price for main lugs or main circuit breaker from Table 1 (NQ) or Table 13 (NF). Include an equipment ground bar when required. 2. List the branch circuit breakers (bolt-on), and determine the total spaces required. Select the price from Table 2 (NQ) or Table 12 (NF). Include space only charge for future requirements. 3. If total spaces required exceeds the maximum listed, price as two or more panelboards; and add price for sub-feed or feed-through lugs (Tables 5 and 7 (NQ)) or (Tables 16 and 18 (NF)), so the installer can cable between sections. 4. Add price for special features using the appropriate NQ and NF tables. Contact the field office for additional special features. 5. For complete price, total all prices. Order by description. 6. Apply appropriate discount schedule. What are the different delivery options available? The Laser Service has three different options for delivery: 3-day, 5-day, and 10-day. The 3-day delivery option means that the panelboard will be at the job site by the third working day; after the date the order is placed on the factory by the distributor in Q2C/EQM. The 5-day delivery option mean that the panelboard will be at the job-site by the fifth working day; after the date the order is placed on the factory by the distributor in Q2C/EQM. The 10-day delivery option means that the panelboard will be at the job-site by the tenth working day; after the date the order is placed on the factory by the distributor in Q2C/EQM. 14

15 Frequently Asked Questions Does this mean that the factory will air-freight the panelboard for the 5-day shipment option for the panelboard to be on the job site by the fifth working day? Not necessarily. The factory will select the best routing that meets the leadtime commitment. Via ground transportation several days before the scheduled on-site date or via air freight if the factory cannot ensure the panelboard will arrive as committed using ground transportation. What is the Laser Service panelboard product offering? The Laser Service panelboard product offering covers A main circuit breaker / main-lugs only NQ panelboard, A main circuit breaker/main-lugs only NF panelboard, and A main circuit breaker / main-lugs only I-Line panelboard. For more information on the product offerings, refer to NQ panelboards on page 6, NF panelboards on page 9, and I-Line panelboards on page 12. What if a circuit breaker that I need for my application is not covered in the Laser Service product offering? You have two options available: You can order prepared space for the circuit breaker at the time of quotation, and order the circuit breaker separately from the warehouse. Or, you can place an order for the panelboard using the standard committed delivery process. What if I require a special option with the panelboard? Most of the high volume special options, such TVSS units, 200% rated neutrals, through-feed lugs, sub-feed lugs, blank end walls, etc., have been included. If your requirement is beyond the realm of the Laser Service product offering, then order your panelboard using the standard committed delivery process. What if my customer needs the panelboard in eight days and not 10 days? Can I expedite the 10-day delivery panelboard? No, but you can place an order using the 5-day delivery option, so that the panelboard can be at your customer s location by the fifth working day.
