3 Walkie Stacker Series The Walkie Reach, Straddle, or Counterbalance Stacker series can handle dock-to-stock and everythg between. The Hangcha Walkie Stacker product s advantageous head-length and multi-function, control handle with EPS (Electric Power Steerg) system gives you credible load handlg control with excellent maneuverability. The standard creep speed feature can take your operator s materials handlg capabilities to their full potential. The Walkie Stacker series can match your most demandg operational requirements.

4 A Series Walkie Counterbalanced Stacker The walkie counterbalanced stacker, addition to all spaces where general stackers may be used, can also play its role spaces where general stackers cannot be used because enclosed pallets are used, there has little clearance between ground and pallet, andor has no clearance for leg extension under shelves. Cuttg-edge AC drivg control technology and electric power steerg technology are applied for the truck, which offer excellent performance, comfortable operation, safety and reliability, and low operation and matenance cost. The stacker is an ideal tool for loadg, unloadg, and handlg palletized goods warehouse, supermarket, and workshop. Environment Efficiency Economy Appearance The stacker is completed with specialized dustrial design of appearance. The entire truck features smooth les and affluent sense of movement, with full consideration to ergonomics, accord with the latest appearance design trend. It is manufactured with a number of steel plate stampg and jection moldg technologies, solid and durable, compliance with environmental requirements.

5 High Performance Standard configuration of EPS (Electric Power Steerg) offers easier and more flexible operation. Stepless speed regulation for liftg, lowerg, and tiltg is a standard configuration. The AC travel motor features excellent acceleration performance, outstandg climbg ability, low heat emission, and is brushless, and matenance-free. The cuttg-edge CURTIS AC control system realizes accurate and stable control, and higher efficiency. The CANBUS bus structure makes counication of the entire mache faster and more reliable. Regenerative brake of the truck prevents it from slidg on a slope. Standard configuration of forward and backward tiltg function of gantry makes goods loadg and unloadg safer. Reliability Three-support-pot and low-gravity-center design and the high-strength steel plate framed structure feature large residual load bearg capacity, and long service life. All wires and cables have reliable protection, which creases reliability of electrical system significantly. Non-contact proximity switch features long service life and reliable operation. The world-leadg hydraulic power unit features low noise, small vibration, and stable and reliable risg and declg. Power plug is fastened to truck body, which can avoid damage of plug due to impact when battery is lifted for stallation. The mast is made of H-shaped steel channels, which offer better rigidity and stability comparison with C-shaped steel channels. Comfort Standard configuration of liftg and lowerg stepless speed regulation realizes more accurate operation of the fork, and smoother and steadier liftg and lowerg of the load. The operatg tiller is simple but beautiful, and function buttons are comfortable for operation. The unique lighted creep speed drivg function allows the truck to move at slow speed more conveniently, and can stack goods even confed space. Truck structure of optimized design guarantees terrific view for the operator, and easy enterg and withdrawg from pallet. Compact truck body and large rounded corner design make the truck suitable for operation narrow space. Side roll out battery can realize easy and fast replacement of battery (optional). Safety As a standard configuration, speed is lowered automatically when fork is lifted to specified height. The function of lowerg speed automatically as steerg angle creases is a standard configuration. Three types of brakg function - release brakg, reverse brakg, and emergency brakg - can ensure safety of travelg. Anti-slidg function on slope can ensure safety of operation. The emergency reversg button at top of the tiller can avoid the driver from jury effectively case of emergency durg backward drivg of the truck. The function of telligent lowerg buffer reduces lowerg speed automatically when the fork is lowered to a height less than 3.9 from ground, which provides effective protection for goods. Matenance The brushless, matenance-free AC motor reduces operation cost significantly. The meter tegratg battery dicator, timer, and fault self-diagnosis is convenient for matenance. Back cover can be opened fully, and all components and parts are clear at a glance, which is very convenient for matenance of the entire mache.
