Goals: - Reducing the traffic - Improvement of the parking organisation vehicles passed through the Blue zone for the period (85 % of the vehicles used the main roads within the Blue zone ) 5

10 Payment for the short-term parking zones With ticket purchased: by ticket inspector; in SUMC ticket offices and kiosks; in stores. SMS to number 1302 for Blue Zone; SMS to number 1303 for Green Zone; Parking pay stations; With vignette sticker for residents within the paid parking zones; With preferential pass for people with disabilities. Electric vehicles can park in short-term parking zones for free. 10

21 Electric bus pilot project

22 The bus uses ultra capacitor charging faster than usual batteries. The charging takes about 7 minutes, which is enough for a 30 km run. Max.speed - 80 km/h. Capacity - 90 passengers (32 seats). The bus operates on trolleybus line 11. Charging at the final stops on the route. 22
