1 ECO (Efficient and Cleaner Operations) Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme Update & Upgrade Application Form Introduction This update and upgrade application form is to be completed by all existing members of the ECO Stars Scheme wishing to notify the scheme administrators of changes to either their fleet or to practices and processes within their operations. Changes made by scheme members to their vehicle fleets and overall operations (for example, replacing older vehicles for newer, cleaner models or by implementing new operational efficiency practices within their operations) mayresultinanupgradetotheirvehiclerecognitionleveland,potentially,totheiroperationalrecognitionlevel. Pleaseanswerallquestionsasfullyaspossible,providingdetailedinformationaboutthechangesyouhavemade,to allowanaccuratereviewtobecarriedout.
