4 Hirl T Vertikal L - a reliable partner The mixing body is extremly sturdy and durable, completly made of steel with a 20mm baseplate, 8mm sidewalls and a conical rim. The vertical mixing auger is available with 8 or 10 blades and ensures a fast and economical mixing process. An upright final blade at the spiral s end and a saw tooth bladed auger ensure the silagebales efficient and complete dissolution. The compact design and lesser height render the T Vertikal L light-footed and maneuverable. It is thus suited for smaller entrances and narrow barns. The fodder discharge with conveyor belt is standard. Also available with chain conveyor or direct discharge. The very durable planet gear is available with different ratios. 5 Hirl T Horizontal - efficiency at low costs The T Horizontal, 2,50m high and 2,30m wide, is best suited for narrow barn entrances. A careful and effective mixing of your TMR (total mixed ration) is handled by 3 counter-rotating horizontal augers with closed top augers. The milling rotor has a withdrawal-depth up to 45 cm, a height up to 5,5m and an output up to 2t per minute. The optional camera allows a comfortable control of the milling process and backward driving. The fodder discharge can be mounted on both sides. The optional hydraulic system allows comfortable operation by remote control. The programable scale with 4 measuring points guarantees an exact weighing process, even with lowered chassis. The milling rotor has a direct bilateral drive. Despite a high output it ensures a careful treatment of the fodder. The ejection performance of the rotor and the use of guiding plates render the fodder-flow during withdrawal most efficient. There are hardly any losses. 6 Hirl T Horizontal E - sturdy, compact and uncompromising. The rotor is adjusted to cattle breeding farms with large corn silage portion, but is also availlable with more power. The milling rotors open jib is hydraulically lifted and reaches up to 5,5m. The position of the axle at the back of the Trailer helps to make it easy to move. On both sides a fodder-discharge is centrally placed to simplify the output in small and narrow places. The two horizontal mixing augers are driven directly and ensures a fast and economical mixing process. The proven and uncomplicated bowden cable works without electronics and is therefore very reliable. 7 Hirl SF Horizontal E - simple, economical and efficient. Our E-line mixer-wagons are sturdy, compact and uncompromising. The efficient cost-benefit ratio renders them best solution for traditional and middle-class enterprises. A transperent sun roof, mounted on a roll bar, protects the driver from direct ultraviolet radiation and bad weather. With its compact design the SF Horizontal E is light footed and best suited for narrow barns and old buildings. The modern FPT 4-cylinder engine with 92 kw / 125 PS, easy accessible under the hood, is far away from the dust of the milling area. The turnable drivers seat renders excellent sight over the whole area of work. The chassis consists of a strong frame and guarantees outstanding handling. 8 Hirl SF Vertikal L - mixer waggon for professionals. The little wear screw-conveyor is designed for easy maintenance. It achieves the optimum filling degree of the mixingchassis. The comfortable cabin offers a good panorama and an ergonomic and quiet workspace. The mixing body can easily be enlarged. This allows some flexibility between the overall height and load. The engine is at the rear of the machine, away from the dirty milling parts. The design is service friendly, so checkpoints and filters are easily accessible. It can also be ordered with classic conveyor band. The front mounted milling-arm handles the fodder very gently and has a maximum withdrawal depth of 35cm. It is nearly maintenance-free. The hydraulics have big pipe diameters and high flow-rates. All hydraulic piping is arranged for easy service: solenoid valves and control unit are accessible without tools. The solid chassis with all-wheel drive ensures a premium driving comfort, even at high speed and with bad road conditions. The fodder discharge is available with conveyor belt or chain conveyor. 9 Hirl SF Horizontal S - specialist for serious missions. Due to the ejection performance of the milling rotor and the use of guiding plates the fodder-flow during withdrawal is rendered most efficient. Withdrawal-depth up to 45 cm! The main auger is an innovative, ergonomically shaped, open stirrer-blade-shaft. It is equipped with newly developed, permanently sharp saw-teeth blades contriving a pulling cut for high lifespan and gentle mixing. With an overall height of 2,50m and its compact design the SF Horizontal S is equally well suited for older buildings and small barns. The chassis with hydro-pneumatic dampers front and back makes work at speeds up to 40 km/h a highly enjoyable experience. The SF Horizontal XL comes with king-size truck tyres - on request even with winter tyres. Optionally the fodder discharge is hydraulically foldable, available with chain or PVC conveyor in 7 different belt-lengths. The Volvo Penta engine provides 160 KW / 218 HP and is mounted on a service carriage for easy maintenance. The cabin is turnable full 360 in normal drive-position as well as in lifted position. 10 Beddingcart - life can be so easy! The powerful hydraulic pump provides power to a control valve to operate independently the conveyor, beaters and propeller. The hydrostatic transmission and the hydraulic pump are directly driven by the Honda engine, no belt. Provides less maintenance, more power. The bedding cart is equipped with a Honda GX HP engine with electric starter. Mounted on the step, the motor s heat dissipates faster and filling up the tank is easy (guard mounted on a hinge). The drive wheels are mounted on wheel motors for less maintenance and more power (No axle!). Two heavy-duty TMR-type beaters regulate the quantity of material going to the discharge auger. The chopped straw or saw dust can then either drop next to the cart or be spread using the powerful 18 (45 cm) impeller. The impeller can spread evenly up to 8 (2,5m) away from the cart. The impeller is easily positioned in place using a hand- lever. This way, when not needed, it is possible to «hide» the impeller under the cart (for narrower spaces, to use the cart without the impeller, ) Hydraucart Supercart Supercart e.42

11 Agri Chopper - small one for the big bales To direct the flow, the deep sided chute has an adjustable deflector and can be pivoted 360 either manually or from the tractor (optional). Inside the tub, two sturdy retractable baffles ensure the bale pivots over the knives to completely empty the tub. The large diameter tub features two large doors to facilitate the loading of big bales when used inside farm buildings. A positive drive chain system rotates the tub and delivers materials into the path of the rotor knives. It controls the penetration of the bale into the rotating knives. Under the rotor, a 16 (40 cm) diameter auger carries the chopped product into a powerful blower capable of projecting the ration over a distance of more than 40 (12 m) (depending on density, moisture content, etc.) For minimum maintenance, all chain and V-belt drive systems are equipped with automatic tighteners. All grease fittings are easily accessible without having to remove the guards. The system is equipped with a grate hydraulically adjustable from the tractor seat.
