21 Bundesfachplan Offshore (BFO) acc. 17a Abs.1 Satz EnWG The BSH provides in agreement with BNetzA and in vote with the BfN and the coastal federal countries annually a Federal professional plan offshore (BFO) with a 10-years-Horizon to the german EEZ. This plan contains definitions after legal default too: Offshore-plants (offshore-windfarms), for collecting tying up are suitable locations of converterplatforms or transformer substations, Paths /routings for connections for offshore-plants, boundary corridor, Paths /routings for cross-border power line and to/for possible connections of the plants (platforms and cable systems), standardized technology standards and planning principles 21
