2 infinity power cube Cub8 Cub8 is a wind, sun and hydroelectric power managing hybrid system that can be integrated with traditional endothermic generators or the public electricity grid. Cub8`s concept comes from the GREEN CUBE application, an industrial hybrid system with high storage capability, created to provide energy for Telecom-Towers and enhanced for clients that operate in desert /harsh environments. Legacy developments from European countries has resulted in the creation of an extremely versatile product for domestic use, and thanks to the hybrid design we can obtain power capacity of up to 25kWp. 3 UNIQUE AMONGST ITS KIND IN FUNCTIONALITY AND EASE OF USE turbine optional LeThe most widely available and most commonly used source of renewable energy on earth are SUN and WIND. Cub8 can manage multiple energy sources. Cub8 brings together the best of all energy combinations thanks to algorithms optimized for the management of solar panels` point of maximum power and high performance. Using the WI-FI HOME PRESENCE option your domestic consumption management is optimized based on individual client energy usage habits and on the domestic load priorities. It is possible to combine the ANEMOS wind turbine and solar panels through the ANEMOS Power Box as an external PLUG-IN system, that can be set up at any time. The WeCO in-house developed software allows the Cub8 system to extract the maximum energy efficiency related to the overall energy available, be it from solar or wind or grid, or other. The dual power capability with, solar as master and wind as slave, can always be augmented with an input from the national grid (if available) to provide for any times when renewable energy is not available.

4 hybrid system energy streams PV - MASTER WIND line optional (slave) INPUT PRIORITY Cub8 manages energy from solar panels as a primary source, supplementing solar with wind or other energy sources as required. If the Solar panels are producing more energy than the domestic load is using, the excess energy will be stored in batteries for use at a later time, thus avoiding the need to use energy from the grid or from a fossil source. The battery charge is controlled by a sophisticated digital system for dynamic management of common battery technologies available on the market, namely (Lithium or LeadGel). This sophisticated management system allows the charge/discharge cycles of the batteries to be managed according to manufacturer specifications, and therefore extending the life of the batteries. OUTPUT PRIORITY The system logic allows the combined use of all renewable energy sources available to provide power to a variety of loads. The system will use the maximum energy available from the particular type of battery in use, and only when no more energy is available will the system draw power from the grid or from fossil fuel. If sized correctly the system will be autonomous in domestic usage thanks to the auto-produced and stored energy. BACK UP UPS Cub8 has an integrated UPS function and in case of a power outage from the grid resulting in a blackout the Cub8 will provide continuous power for specific loads until the grid power is restored. SELF-RESTART FUNCTION In case of a complete battery discharge, absence of the public grid or external fuel supply, Cub8 automatically reactivates its functioning state as soon as the solar panel system or any other renewable source has the possibility of generating energy. OFF GRID Cub8, when configured as HybridPlus doesn t have the capability to connect to the public grid, as mandated by the directive in Italy CEI It can be used for classic systems by simply selecting the NO GRID function. PURE SINE WAVE The Cub8 s transformer to pure sine wave protects the most sensitive electronic systems, such as PCs and digital household electrical appliances, from damaging voltage or frequency variations that can be produced by less sophisticated systems than the Cub8 system. REGULATION The Cub8 PV+WIND HYBRID PLUS system is compliant to the CEI 0-21 directive for hybrid implants that can t be connected to the public service.

The home presence system can also manage the opening and closing of windows, activation of of alarms, ON-OFF control for air conditioning, open/close sun shades for windows and and much more. Reduced Space Cub8 uses very little space, it isn t noisy and can be installed in domestic environment or dedicated equipment rooms. It can be installed on walls thanks to its low weight (19kg) and its thin profile of only 20cm. Batteries Lithium The external battery packages can be deployed at suitable locations, taking into account safety precautions as well as allowing for future expandability. Plug-In Self set-up Cub8 has a small display with basic case integrated functions, it doesn t need programming or any other specific skills to operate it. Thanks to the dedicated logic it can be updated to follow the users domestic energy usage habits directly from the tablet (based on optional equipment) or through the technical on-line support. *the system has to be connected to the internet.
